Between Avola and Noto Marina, 200 meters from the beach the house can accommodate up to 6 people and is as follows: 3 bedrooms, living area with adjoining equipped kitchen, with televisions and 2 toilets with bath, shower and washing machine.
Comfortable outdoor areas with shed, wood oven, furnished with tables, chairs, umbrellas, outdoor showers, barbecue and parking.
The area is very charming, on the Sicilian Ionian coast, with rich seabeds, beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
Also close are the towns of Val di Noto, the Natural Reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile, the necropolis of Pantalica, Etna, but also extraordinary cities such as Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli and so on.

Maison parfaite a la plage

Le séjour dans la maison rouge a 200 mètres de la plage a été excellent. La cuisine d'été nous a permis de prendre tous les repas dehors. Elle était parfaitement équipée avec la climatisation. Notre hôte Paolo a été très accueillant et a notre écoute. En raison de notre arrivée tardive, il nous a même offert notre dîner. Bref un séjour idéal pour profiter de la plage mais aussi pour visiter les merveilles de la Sicile baroque !

Villa bella, comoda al mare e fornitissima

Villa bella pulita e fornita di tutto . Paolo e moglie sono molto disponibil. La villa è vicina ad una grande spiaggia libera che viene sempre pulita . Mare bellissimo. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo. La raccomandero ' sicuramente ai miei conoscenti

Sono stata con quattro amici in questa casa la settimana di ferragosto per qualche giorno. Il signor Paolo da subito molto cortese mi ha contattatata poco dopo la prenotazione per sapere come meglio suddividere le camere e agevolarci. Ci ha aspettati il giorno dell'arrivo accompagnandoci all'indirizzo esatto. La casa è molto curata, pulita e ordinata. Ha un bel giardino con portico e una zona sul retro esterna dove poter cucinare e stare in compagnia. Noi l'abbiamo scelta perché era una delle poche che disponeva di due bagni ma è stata senza dubbio una piacevole sorpresa! A due passi a piedi dal mare per le famiglie e comoda a diversi centri raggiungibili in macchina la sera.. ciliegina sulla torta il presente che ci aspettava..non vi rovino la sorpresa! assolutamente consigliata!

Vacances réussies à Avola

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la maison de Paolo. Il s’est toujours montré disponible et attentionné tout au long du séjour. L’endroit est magnifique et répond à la description. Outre la plage qui se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres de la maison, il en existe beaucoup d’autres de toutes sortes à proximité (réserves naturelles, plages-clubs,...). Nous avons apprécié la ville d’Avola ainsi que celles à proximité. Bref, nous vous recommandons l’endroit.

Wunderbar, genau wie auf den Fotos

Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten, Paolo spricht nur italienisch, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Paolo hat einen Top-Übersetzer in seinem Handy und damit war alles kein Problem mehr. Haus ist super sauber, der schöne, saubere Strand keine 3 Gehminuten entfernt alles in allem ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil. Absolut empfehlenswert!

excellent accueil de Paolo qui se met en quatre pour vous accueillir et vous faire plaisir.

Maison agréable, dans un endroit très calme bercée par le bruit des vagues et proche des commerces. Sa situation permet d'être rapidement à Syracuse et à Noto, deux villes magnifiques ainsi qu'à la réserve de Vendicari. La mer est toute proche bien qu'on ne la voit pas. Un petit plus serait d'avoir des dépliants touristiques en Français. Je recommande vivement cette maison.
