There are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor providing a king or queen bed in each, and the queen bedrooms also have a twin bed in each. There is ample drawer and closet space in all the bedrooms, and each one offers a flat screen cable TV. Bluetooth speakers are offered on the first floor.

Gorgeous

An absolutely wonderful stay here!! We were here with friends and family for our wedding weekend and the home was not only gorgeous, but super clean. The rooms were incredibly spacious, which was perfect for a busy group. The host was delightful to communicate with! The backyard is a dream for hanging out and relaxing! An overall winner!!

Wonderful Property

Our family had a wonderful day at Deb's property. The house has everything you will need for a great stay. The huge kitchen has every pan and gadget imaginable, which was great for our 5-day stay. Outside, the property is immaculate with variety of lawn games, pool and fire pit, which was enjoyed by all. Deb was a great host. She was very responsive and also provided us with information on the area, from activites, to restaurants and such. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Wonderful stay in Saugerties for Hits!

We stayed during Hits V and had a wonderful experience. Deb's house is immaculate and welcoming in every way. She has a chef's kitchen and every item we could think of including a Keurig and an espresso machine. Every bedroom has nice clean linens and a tv. In addition there is plenty of space downstairs to spread out and feel at home. Her back yard is amazing with the pool, volleyball, bocce ball court and a fire pit. Lastly just 11 minutes door to door to the Hits showgrounds. We look forward to renting this home again!

Huge house with plenty of outdoor space

We stayed here for a week with 4 children and spent as much time as we could in the pool, which was large and had a nice deck with lots of seating. The house was really big and very clean. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The only downsides were that the TV in the living room was spotty with the picture going out frequently when we watched Netflix, and that the grass was long on the lawn and that may have made the lawn buggy. It also rained a lot during our stay so we didn't use the lawn much because it got really soggy. We did use the fire pit several times, which was really nice. Overall, it was a beautiful house and only a few times from town, making quick trips into town easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Property

A wonderful property! We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this one shines. It is beautiful, clean, and feels very private at the end of a dead end road. There are amazing porches at the rear of the house where we hung out and bbqed. The pool and fire pit were in great shape and are in a huge back yard which includes a volleyball net which my children enjoyed very much. The entire property feels very well cared for and tended to. Thank you to the owner for a very nice stay!

This was a perfect property for our friends summer getaway from the city, the house was clean, has so much space and and the spacious backyard and pool was perfect to cool off in during the day. Cozy & very clean house!

Our family enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals. Great outdoor space to play football and soccer. Nice variety of board games and books. Comfortable TV room and sitting room. Spacious bedrooms with enough sleeping space for 10 people. Easy communication with the owner.

Amazing home!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were 3 couples and 1 child (5 years old) The house is even better in person. So much room! We were in awe. We loved building a fire outside in the backyard fire pit and grilling. The games closet was great, it had so many options for kids and adults. The house was stocked with everything we needed, coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, oils, soap, sponges etc. (the espresso machine was my favorite!) It made our stay so much more relaxing since a lot of times you have to buy all of that stuff which is inconvenient for a short trip. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The backyard is open to the sky which made for perfect star gazing at night. Deb left us great directions for how to use everything in the house and recommended things to do nearby. We enjoyed the Falling Waters hike just a few minutes away. The Main Street in Saugerties had a lot of wonderful shops to visit. I recommend Miss Lucy's Kitchen for lunch. Thank you for a wonderful stay Deb you are an excellent host!

Giant, Clean House-Amazing Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about Deb and Marc’s house. We were six adults who stayed for a week in August and we can’t wait to go back. The house is HUGE and so well-appointed, they’ve literally thought of everything. The kitchen is expansive, we had four people helping cook at once and we had plenty of room. It literally has everything: kitchenaid mixer, rice cooker, every size pot, pan and dish, double oven, cocktail shaker, pong balls, marshmallow roasting spears... you need it, they had it. The deck off the kitchen was a great place to hang out, with a grill and comfy table and chairs. And ugh the leather sectional in the living room was sooo comfortable and fit everyone for our movie day during the tropical storm. The backyard is an oasis. Loved the deck around the pool, the fire pit and the gazebo. Deb even provided lanterns for night swims and a whole set of insulated metal cups/wine glasses for drinks by the pool (no glass). Definitely BYO pool floats! More than enough linens were available for the bedrooms and bathroom, in additional to the giant stack of pool towels. All four bedrooms are large and the beds SUPER comfortable. The house is so big and the upstairs bedrooms are so far away from the kitchen/great room that you could sleep soundly regardless of who was awake downstairs. Be advised that two of the upstairs bedrooms have skylights, which we really enjoyed, but you might want to bring a sleeping mask because you’ll wake right up with the sun. Deb was very responsive and was quick to write me back with any questions we had during the stay, she even stopped by to help us with the air conditioning that we wouldn’t figure out (totally our fault, we didn’t read the labels right). We didn’t go out to eat at all, but we did get ice cream in town at Alleyway and if you do one thing in saugerties, go there! Maybe go twice. Best ice cream we’ve ever had! Also we picked up meat at Smoke House of the Catskills a few nights (it’s a butcher shop) and would highly recommend if you plan on cooking. Thanks again for an excellent vacation stay!!

COUNTRY FAMILY VILLA

Beautiful, large country villa near Catskills and Hudson River that we rented for family reunion & birthday celebration. The home is exactly as represented in the photos and description of the webpage. Our family really enjoyed cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen and playing in the backyard pool and on the badminton court and bocce ball court. Our contact with the owner was also easy and professional. if you have similar plans, you will really enjoy this country new york villa.

my friend chose this place because he had been there before and loved it. he was just as happy this time. deb is really nice/quick to respond. it’s best suited for couples, 10+ single people will need to double up in beds and use the couches. bocce pit is wonderful.

3 of us couple pals had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at Deb’s. She was there to greet us & show us around, everything was sparkling clean & so many extras were available to us (firewood, bug spray! etc). The fire pit was perfect for s’mores & the pool was well kept and perfect for the heat! Outdoor sporting equipment was incredible for games, the decks were amazing for grill days & the kitchen is the best we’ve ever seen-incredibly stocked for us cooks. Close to town & grocery stores but honestly, we didn’t want to leave the house! We will be back!

Great time at Deb's in Saugerties!

A very spacious, clean and well maintained home with quality items thu out the home.

We were greeted by Deb and a large basket of goodies for the girls to enjoy during our stay. She was very pleasant and explained everything as we walked through the home. The home has a large kitchen so that many people could be in the kitchen cooking and setting up for dinner. The large island in the kitchen was wonderful for serving meals. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances and dishes you could ask for. The family room and informal dining area were ample size to accommodate all 10 of us in the home. The pool and outdoor area worked out very well since the 90+ degree weather we had during the week gave the girls an opportunity to use the pool while dinner was being prepared. The bedrooms were very large and all of the linens and towels that were supplied were new and crisp. The four bedrooms worked out very well for the adults and the downstairs living room was set up as the bedroom for the 5 girls that were traveling with us. There are only two bathrooms, but we made it work with shower schedules, we just wish there was a power room while the bathrooms were in used. Deb was easily accessible with her cell phone because we did not have the access code for internet she responded within minutes. She explained the duel level air conditioning thru the home and was more than happy to answer any question we had. She had recommended Adams Market for groceries which is 15 minutes away and we were there every other day, it was worth the trip. I would highly recommend this home, it is less than 10 minutes to the town of Saugerties and the HITS show grounds. We do plan on coming back next year and booking the home again.
