The Host was wonderful to work with. She communicated well. The place was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and steps from Umperial Wharf overground that gets you anywhere. High hair was great for our dinner guest.
The entire stay was very pleasant.The flat was exactly as described in the advertisement and was clean and tidy.The professional contact with the landlady deserves special praise; she is particularly reliable and very courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This flat was in a terrific location for exploring London. It was also clean and had everything my family of four needed in terms of general comfort and a full kitchen. The owner was also incredibly friendly and responsive when we had any questions. We definitely recommend this flat!

Great flat for exploring London. Imperial Wharf location makes it easy to explore using Overground and Underground trains. Despite the station being right there, we found it quite quiet as well. Very smooth check in and good communication with Melanie. Would recommend.
We had the best time! Apartment was exactly as described! It was clean, steps from the above ground station and had everything we needed. Melanie was super fast in responding to messages with my millions of questions. Would definitely stay here again. We are a familyOf four (two adults and two kids) and we really enjoyed the apartment and what it had to offer.

The location of this flat is perfect! It’s near the train station & there’s a taxicab stand in front & Tesco is right across the street. Very convenient!

A bit tired
Good: large size, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Handy location, good bus and train connections and near river.Not so good: cleanliness - mould and dirt in bathroom, various light fittings broken throughout, windows thin and partially broken, window blinds are cheap and let in lots of light, lift not working on one day, very soft beds (even if memory foam), and despite being on 6th floor there is lots of noise from street and neighbours.

What a fabulous apartment in an amazing location. The area was nice, extremely safe, and very convenient for both taxis and trains.

The flat was perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Mel was hospitable, flexible, and communicative. Both bus stop and overground station were just out the front door, making travel around the city easy to navigate. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Tesco just across the street made meals super easy! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall just a lovely stay!
Hi! Just back from our London vacation and truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The flat was as described and exceptionally clean. Great and safe neighborhood with options for dining and entertainment just steps away. The convenience store directly across the street was very handy, stocking most things we needed; a larger market is within walking distance as well. We took full advantage of both rail and river transportation access just minutes away, averaging 30 minutes to Westminster Station. Overall we could not have asked for a more positive experience! We travelled to London as a family with young children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mel was an excellent host, very communicative, extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure the flat had everything we needed for a small children. The location was perfect for us- you can take an Uber boat at the Chelsea Harbor (3 minute walk), and head straight into central London which was great with kids! There’s also a taxi cab directly outside to make travel easy. All in, we were so pleased the place- appreciated Mel providing ample fans, a high chair and baby cot and love the layout and location. Highly recommend for families!
The property was super convenient to rails and the uber boat. We could plan our day easily and tour London. When we wanted to sleep in and relax, the flat was comfortable and afforded a nice kitchen for reheating some meals and making breakfast. Mel had some extra fans and a nice pantry. There is Tesco express right across the street, perfect for a pint ice cream after a long day of touring. We visited a few local restaurants in the area. Waterside had a great selection of beers and tasty food and right in the water. We should have ate there more. We did try out the Club 606 venue for some live music. Great time. We also got “take away” pizza about a 10 min walk. Santa Maria I think. All and all this was a good location for our family. We traveled with two adult children in their twenties and sharing one bathroom went fine. We are family. The price was right and the place was perfect. Thanks Mel.

Location, Location, Location
This property has a great location for ease of travelling on the London transport system and for walks along the north bank of the Thames. It is conveniently located to restaurants and to both a Tesco convenience store and a Sainsbury's supermarket. The flat is on the 6th floor of a secure apartment block, and was clean, comfortable and well equiped including access to free Wifi. The main issue for us was the limited hot water for showers in the morning but otherwise it very much suited our needs. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to family and friends.

We are all big and tall people, so the furniture sat extra low and bed was small but comfortable enough.The space was clean and owner was very responsive and kind. There is no ac so we were extra warm at times. There are large windows that open, but at night it is noisy outside. There are fans provided. There is a small washing machine, but no dryer, but there are drying racks to use in living area...no balcony. It is close to the overground at Imperial wharf which is just 1 stop from the district line underground and one stop from Clapham junction where the trains to and from Gatwick run. Taxis and buses stop just outside. There is no fan in the bathroom and it needs better lighting by one of the mirrors for makeup. It did have a nice stash of left over basic supplies, and there is a Tesco and a coffee shop across the street which is a small grocery store so we did not have to buy much for breakfasts. On Tuesdays and Thursdays there are food trucks by Imperial Wharf which we enjoyed one day. There is an ATM across the street. If you are coming from the US forget about oyster cards. Just use you cc to tap in and out at tube stations. It is capped just like oyster cards were. It was a very convenient place to stay.
