We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The booking and check-in process was easy. The host was helpful, and the house was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway for day trips. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

We found the home exactly as advertised. Clean, cozy, comfortable and a wonderful view from the porch. The communication with our host was amicable, clear and thorough. We highly recommend and are likely to stay here again and again.

Our two weeks stay at Bill's rental was made enjoyable with the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful view out over the valley. We also appreciated the prompt reply from Bill regarding any of our needs. For us the close location to the Blue Ridge Parkway was a real plus enjoying the views and the hiking along the Parkway. I would highly recommend this rental home.

We stayed at Tranquility at the very end of our trip to visit TN, KY and NC. Tranquility was the perfect end of a beautiful trip. The cabin is gorgeous, with super comfortable kind beds in the 2 primary bedrooms. The views are breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked. We really did relax here while also exploring some very pretty hikes all within an hour or so away. I would highly recommend Tranquilty.

Tranquility is a beautiful place to relax and unwind after a fun day being out and about! We enjoyed Grandfather Mountain, downtown Spruce Pine and Burnsville. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evening, relaxing and reading.

Million dollar view! My husband and I spent 4 nights at Tranquility. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, with such a beautiful view of the mountains , every evening after touring around. The people in the area were very friendly. Linville Winery, Linville Falls, Boone and other great places were within an hours drive. With 2 master en-suites and a well stocked kitchen, plus a gas grill on the patio, we had everything we needed.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Tranquility. Bill, the host was great to work with. It was storming the evening we arrived, but the rest of the week was lovely. The rental was as nice and clean as described and matched the provided pictures. There are so many nice amenities and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. We didn't even have to unpack some of the things we brought with us because Tranquility had everything we needed. Add to that.....the view from the porch makes this place extra special! We were all comfortable and had plenty of space. We initially had concerns that there might not be enough seating in the living area, but a chair had been added which provided the extra seating we needed. There are only two things that would have made the stay even more enjoyable for me: a comfortable chair to sit in to read and write in the bedroom my husband and I shared, as well as use of the heater in our bathroom, which we couldn't get it to work. We did enjoy going out for the day and returning to the comfort of Tranquility. We will definitely consider staying again at this lovely rental next time we visit this area.

What a beautiful house in Spruce Pine! The views were incredible and so peaceful sitting on the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and everything was super clean. There was a lot of hiking and waterfalls in the area to check out. We will definitely be back!

This home was exactly as advertised, actually even better! We had great communication with the host! The house was very clean, and thoughtfully equipped w everything you would need for your stay. The home has all updated appliances, comfortable beds, and nice bedding. The front porch has comfortable nice furniture and a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the mountains and pristine wilderness as far as you can see.We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again in the fall for an even longer stay.
