This detached, 400 year old former boathouse is situated in Lerryn in a riverside location and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Boat House is a detached, ancient cottage on two levels in an idyllic location on the bank of the beautiful, tidal River Fowey estuary in St Winnow, on the owners working farm and boatyard. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms - bunks, double and twin. Bright open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with electric flame-effect fire, floor-to-ceiling window looking over the river and door to garden. Family shower room. Garden with terrace overlooking the river. Just a few miles away is Lostwithiel with shops, pubs and ancient Restormel Castle to explore. This is a lovely cosy cottage in a fabulous location for those who like walking, cycling or messing about on the river.
Amenities: Electric fires. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: Wifi is intermittent and suitable for emails/browsing only. Note: Bunk room is suitable for children only.
