Wonderful holiday home on a complex with swimming pool and gym. Holiday homes were all unique and ours had a jacuzzi and barbecue in a private area - both well used by us. House had dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Beach within walking distance for crabbing and rock climbing and excellent cafe to cater for daily snacks. Shopping for food was about 1 mile away in Pelynt (spar) or Looe (co-op) - so bring your own staples like cereal, coffee, tea, wash powder etc. We were a family of 6 with 3 generations and none of us wanted to leave.

What an excellent place.

I will come again no 22 is so well equipped. There is nothing that they haven’t thought of. Just brilliant from top to bottom so was the hot tub and garden and patio areas. Well done to all concerned.

Relaxation at it's finest

No. 22 is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in, the grounds are superb with direct access to the coast. As for the property, equipped to the highest standard with every possibility covered. High quality furnishings complete the stay. Highly recommended .
