Steps away from world class beaches, the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Beach Park, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferries, boat rentals and bicycle shops. Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. Great vacation spot

House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.
