Come relax in our 4 star detached house and enjoy our stunning sea views at Yellow Sands Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall, located just 200 meters from superb sandy beach and coastal footpath. Harlyn Bay is renowned for safe bathing and good surfing conditions with golden sands, rock pools to explore and wonderful cliff top walks along the coastal path in both directions - especially beautiful in spring and early summer when fringed with wild flowers. Over the years Yellow Sands has welcomed back many families and couples for their annual summer and seasonal breaks. We hope to welcome you here sometime too!

The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite facilities; one twin single bedroom; and one room with bunk beds each with own wash basin.

The large 'L 'shaped lounge / dining room has a feature blue slate fire place with patio doors leading out onto the private south facing sun terrace, TV, DVD and CD. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 3 separate WC'S one with shower. The terms include heating and hot water.

Plus wi-fi and free on-site parking, garden with tables chairs, sun lounges and a children’s play area.

Padstow is only 3 miles away, a picturesque fishing harbour town with lots to tell in terms of history and custom. Other Apartments also Available. ** Reduced rates for Couples early and late season **

Fantastic location and property

We were kept well informed by the owners and they responded quickly to our questions. Property was clean, tidy, and spacious for a 3 generation family. The walk to the beach was a pleasure and it was so handy being so close. We spent most of our week on the beach. Would also highly recommend Harlyn surf school for activities. Hoping to return.

We have regularly stayed t this location. The property is excellent and fully meets our needs. It is always clean and tidy on arrival and is well maintained. It meets all our family needs. The property list is accurate in all respects and the owners provide excellent service. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. The property is located in a key position to explore other parts of the North Cornwall coast and is within 30 minutes of Boscastle in the north and Newquay in the south. Padstow is within 1.5 miles and offers many attractions and restaurants for all tastes. The south coast is also accessible within reasonable travelling times.
