Approach Casa Romanzeira through electric gates, down a meandering driveway and discover a house set in stunning gardens with uninterrupted 180 degree sea views.
Casa Romanzeira gives seclusion, peace and space, in two acres of privately-owned grounds.

2 large double bedrooms and one small double bedroom , with 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms open to the wrap-around terrace on the ground floor, all with sea-views.

The living and dining area up based on the top floor with outstanding views towards the sea and the village of Luz. Two sets of double doors lead out to a wrap-around terrace that has two separate flights of steps that lead you down to the pool area or to the west terrace where there is outdoor dinning, BBQ, along with sofas and chairs to relax and take in the views and listen to nature.

Within it’s own secure, gated boundary, guests will find a secluded heated pool, beautiful gardens and exceptionally designed outdoor living spaces.
Heating for the pool is charged separately.

Please note that the swimming pool is not gated.
We can also supply cots, high chairs and buggy if requested.

We have an Alojamento Local license - this means that we run a legal, tax paying business, and everything is up to the required safety standards.

The breathtaking, rugged coast is under 8 minutes walk away, where the coastal-path leads directly to the beautiful seaside village of Praia da Luz.

Praia da Luz has a lovely clean, safe beach with lots of restaurants, bars and cafés; two banks, shops for everything you are likely to need and all in a very attractive setting. It is an ideal resort for family holidays, with safe beach, water sports and activities...artists and and local stall holders line the beach-side promenade.

Luz has two supermarkets ……Spar and Baptista, both supplying fresh produce and a great selection of wine.
Baptista Market Deli across the road from the main Baptista, sells fresh fish and home made desserts.

The area has some of the best family beaches in the Algarve: clean, golden, and sheltered. The famous Costa Vicentina National Park is close-by and there are a number of exceptional golf courses within easy reach.

Lagos is around a 10-minute drive away and one of the most visited cities in the Algarvel, due to its variety of tourist-friendly beaches, rock formations at the beautiful beach of Ponta da Piedade
Lagos has bars, restaurants and hotels, renowned for its vibrant summer nightlife and parties Yet, Lagos is also a historic centre of the Portuguese.
In 2012, travel website Tripadvisor classified Lagos as the number one travel destination, on a list of "15 destinations on the rise" worldwide.
There are regular buses that run from the centre of Luz to Lagos and good local taxi companies in Luz and Lagos.

The area has some of the best family beaches in the Algarve: clean, golden, and sheltered. The famous Costa Vicentina National Park is close-by and there are a number of exceptional golf courses within easy reach.

Slide and Splash at Lagoa is the nearest water park . Going west towards Sagres, there is a Blo kart track just beside the N125 past Vila do Bispo.
