Exactly as advertised: phenomenal views, clean, well-stocked with everything we needed (bedding, towels, cooking accessories). Lovely place, great host, fantastic location for access to the park or the town. Would highly recommend
This was the perfect house for our family of seven to stay during our family vacation! The location and views were absolutely amazing. The house sits in a beautiful spot surrounded by incredible scenery, and our kids had a wonderful time playing and hiking around the property. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. It was easy to get to downtown Estes Park and very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park.We would definitely recommend this home and will most likely be returning in the future. In fact, my youngest enjoyed it so much that he said, “This is where I live now!”
This house and property were everything we could’ve asked for! It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The views were beautiful and we loved seeing the elk walk right by the house!
Truly loved this property and would absolutely stay again. We had a group of 9 ladies (aged 35-85) and it was absolutely perfect for us. Great that you can get into either level from outside (didn't have to rely on the stairs). Plenty of room for everyone and the dining table was a great size to gather. HIGHLY recommend!!
We had 8 adults, 4 kids & a baby … needed space & beds. Bedrooms were nicely appointed. Great outdoor space & rocks to climb on for kids. Nice front & back decks (depending on where shade was). Really neat pinball & Pac-Man games for youth & dads. 2 nice family room areas up & down. Access to garage for 2 cars & good parking for 2 more cars. Nicely appointed kitchen. Bonus A/C was great, although it was hard keeping upstairs cool without freezing in the lower level. Host was very responsive, especially when we lost power at 9:30pm our last night … master breaker tripped & easy fix. Great location into Fall River entrance, town or Safeway. Saw large elk bull & deer resting right along their property. Solid choice for our mountain fix!
The house is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a large group. Sun porch was a favorite for us girls!

W arrived after dark. No lights. The keypad for the front door wouldn't work. Called and got code for garage - door was locked. Called and were given code for lock box beside the house couldn't open battery apparently dead. The pictures supplied were generally representative of the house however omitted were room sizes the bedrooms upstairs being small. The deck had rotten wood and was in my opinion unsafe. There was hardware missing on some doors and drawers. 2 of the dining area chairs were broken. Only 2 of the sliding window on the sunporch worked the others did not. The reclinelng feature on the sectional did not work.Light bulbs burned out on the chandeliers. Laundry left in the dryer.Holes in the bathroom walls where a mirror had fallen or been torn out. Body spray heads in the shower were missing covers. We left as soon as we could find an alternate. I thought that VRBO confirmed the adds run.Apparently notVery disappointed to have a special and long planned for trip ruined
Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the convenience of being 7 mins from downtown estes was amazing. The house is well stocked with everything youd need! We hope to stay here again in the future!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome you back in the future!
Some friends and I came here for spring break and loved it. It’s in a great location and the views from the house are amazing. The stargazing off the porch was also great.
The house sits in a beautiful location. Seeing the wildlife was amazing. The kids enjoyed the game room full throttle. Wonderful place for a large family.
Was a wonderful large house for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the grandkids to play… inside and out! Nice and close to town. Was pleased with the extra towels and bedding. I would highly recommend this place!
Beautiful home! Stephen, our host, was very quick to respond with our questions. Well stocked house. We did a family trip and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this place for a family trip!!!!
Our whole family absolutely loved this beautiful mountain house!Spacious, spotless, and filled with comfortable beds, it was perfect for our whole family. The huge dining table and pinball machines were big hits. The location felt magically remote with gorgeous views and giant rocks, yet still close to town. We even saw a herd of elk on the way up—and one walking right up the road by the house! The river was just down the road, and the kids loved fishing. This house is a real gem and our new favorite place to stay. We’ll be back!
