This is our second year at the HPS condo. We love the convenient location and the fact that it is ocean front. The condo is on the top floor - so a few days out of the week we were able to open the windows and really enjoy the seaside atmosphere. The condo has nice "touches" like books and games and puzzles. We had one small issue with the plumbing - but the owner responded immediately and had it fixed within a day. We love the fact that the building is a little "quieter" than some of the other places that we have stayed in. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Place!

Great week at the beach!

This penthouse condo was perfect for our family beach vacation in OCMD. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was outstanding. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean and found plenty to do nearby. Nice place to unwind and enjoy some quiet, quality beach time.

Nice beachfront property

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this oceanfront property. Nice view of the beach with beautiful sunrises. Condo was very clean & as described. The owner was quick to respond to questions, very responsive and accommodating.

Great OC stay!

The overall condo was gorgeous! Great speaker system in the living area. Open floor downstairs and roomy bedrooms upstairs! Loved having the half bath with 6 people. Views were great and we loved having two balconies. Owner was also very responsive and helpful!

The location was excellent for the beach and listening to the waves. The accommodation was spacious and well stocked with all we needed. There are a good varied selection of eateries and stores within walking distance. We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing week. Our host was extremely helpful with suggestions on places to eat and plenry of information to make our stay comfortable. It is a refreshing change to stay somewhere that is obviously cared for and where things just work as you would expect and is not just a rental to make money. It has a real home from home feel.

We loved our stay at High Point South OCMD

We loved our stay in OCMD. This was our third year staying at High Point South. The condo was very nice & extremely clean. Great views of the Ocean from both balconies. The beaches are not crowded and well maintained. Our kids really enjoyed the pool which is very comfortable. Easy drive to the Boardwalk and some of our favorite restaurants! Beach paradise

It was a wonderful stay. Unfortunately after we got home the owner accused us of breaking something that was broken when we checked in. If I ever rent again I will film and document every inch of the home before we even take anything inside, and VRBO should advise every renter to do this. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's been harrased over damage they didn't cause.

Amazing Week in Ocean City

My family and I had a tremendous time. The penthouse is amazing, and as soon as you walk in, the view is stunningly beautiful and mesmerizing. There is nothing better than enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise, and enjoying the solitude while everyone is still sleeping. The accommodations were amazing, and there wasn't anything you needed that wasn't already provided by the Zembower's. Pool , beach, sand, surf and wonderful accommodations. Couldn't ask for a better scenario. Thank you. The Ericson's
