Beautiful beach and bay views! 2 min walk to the ramp walkover! Kid amenities!

Ready to make lifetime memories? Ready for relaxation? Quiet neighborhood and huge beach so not crowded! This is the place for you! Packnplay, high chair, booster chair, bed rail and kids table/chairs set are provided. Beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to cart the chairs etc to the beach. A hammock downstairs and a deck swing chair provide a nice nap too. Our beach is a non-driving beach so you don’t have to worry about your kids! The Community pool is on the bayside with a baby pool, bathrooms and covered pavilion.
*No pets are allowed. *No smoking/vaping on property. Must be at least 25 yrs to book and must remain on property. No parties/groups/reunions/weddings).
*8 max on property at all times.

Family Memorial Day Getaway (toddler friendly)

We had such a great Memorial Day weekend! The location was perfect—close to the beach with super convenient pool access. Every amenity we could’ve hoped for was right there, which made things so much easier with a toddler in tow. The house was stocked with games, beach toys, and everything we needed to keep everyone happy and entertained.

Beach getaway

Property was very nice and clean and it's a cute little home. Have plenty of stuff for the beach that you can use. The only thing I would say is bring bug spray for the mosquitoes!

Great beach getaway

This is a great property if you are looking to unwind at the beach. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The walk to the beach is super short and easy. The beach itself was clean and not at all crowded. We will likely return to this property in the future!

July 2025. This was a last minute stay with my spouse, 2 of our daughters and 2 grandsons. We had a wonderful time at this house, it was exactly as described on VRBO including the walk to the beach. Thanks for sharing your home allowing us to make wonderful memories.The one suggestion that we would make would be to have a full size dining table for family meals and game time.

Thanks so much for your kind review! Thanks for your suggestion. We have tried to figure out a bigger table but the space does not allow it. Some people like eating outside and some inside but 7 could eat inside. The kids small table is great for little ones.
