Fieldside is an immaculately presented, detached cottage near the village of Hunmanby in Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin with an en-suite bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting area with woodburner. To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed shared lawned garden with furniture. Set in wonderful surroundings, Fieldside is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Amenities: LPG central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x Smart TVs with Freesat, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc.in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. For 2025 We have improved the outdoor areas by installing Pickett fencing which separates the driveway from the garden areas making these lawned areas separately enclosed. Fully Enclosed lawned garden with furniture with access to larger fully enclosed shared lawned area. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Coast 4 miles. Note: This property is adjacent to Ref 935839 and together they can accommodate 12 people. Please note access to the Yorkshire Wolds Way National Trail is a 20-metre walk from the property and is ideal for Dog walkers. Please be advised that this property only accepts dogs and no other pets
