2 Brook Cottages is a chalet-style cottage in a row of three within the small complex of Thornlea Mews in the Devon seaside village of Hope Cove. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a king size with dressing room, and a twin, all sharing a family shower room. Up four steps is the open plan living space with seating area, dining area, kitchen and countryside views. Outside are two acres of lawn as well as a lawn with picnic tables shared by the three cottages and parking for one car. Just 350 yards from the lovely beach, Coast Path and village shop, 2 Brook Cottages is an excellent neat base for a fun seaside break in South Devon. Two well behaved dogs welcome.

Off road parking for one car (additional on-grass parking for second car). 2 well behaved pets allowed, but please note the garden is not enclosed. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Property can accommodate 4 people. Please note: The property has a couple of flights of stairs to enter, may not suitable for less mobile guests.
