La Ferme is a typical Norman farmhouse just 10 minutes' walk from old Honfleur and the port via a small, quiet street. It is located on the property of the Queen's Pavilion, home of Lucie Delarue-Mardrus, Honfleur poet married to Doctor Mardrus, translator of the 1001 Nights in the 1920s.
Built in the 17th and 18th centuries, this old farmhouse has been transformed into a spacious gîte that can accommodate 10 people.
Friendly and warm house, it is ideal for hosting two families or a group of friends. The house is on 3 levels. You will share the living rooms on the ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (Smeg cooking piano, 5 induction hobs, Smeg retro fridge) and a large living space consisting of a large living-dining room with its fireplace open, its large table for 10-12 people and a small living room with TV / DVD player and a wood stove, a utility room where you will find a drying washing machine, ironing board, drying rack, a large bathroom with its walk-in shower and toilet.
You can also retire to your respective apartments located in two separate parts on the second and third floors. You have a total of 5 bedrooms including a children's room, 3 bathrooms, distributed as follows:
- 1st floor on the left: a master bedroom and its bathroom, bath / shower with toilet. Queen size bed.
- 2nd floor on the left: the children's bedroom with its games, costumes for children and its bathroom and WC.
- 1st floor right: a master bedroom, with a King size bed.
- a TV library lounge,
- a large bathroom with a large shower,
separate toilets.
