Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Paved garden and shared lawn at rear with garden furniture. Barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Beach, shops and pub 1 mile. Note: Babes in arms welcome. Note: Please be aware that a quiet railway line runs adjacent to the property, which is used by a small number of small trains.
