Charming Vendée house of 70m2 with 2 bedrooms, quietly located in Les Sables d'Olonne. It is ideal for family holidays (bikes available, barbecue, board games, TV, Molky, Internet VDSL, ...).
Oriented South-West, its garden with courtyard is private. The whole is closed walls.
The living room with TV has a convertible sofa bed 2 places. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The other has 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe.
The house is renovated with double glazed windows and insulation from the outside. In addition the boiler is very recent and efficient (HQE).

La maison est toute mignonne et confortable. Tout y est, on s'y sent comme chez soi ! L'environnement est calme et bien situé. Merci à Corinne pour son accueil et son sourire. Nous avons passé de trÚs bonne vacances !

Horrible passez votre chemin !

SĂ©jour de 4 nuits aux Sables pour fĂȘter les 80 ans de mon pĂšre qui vit dans cette ville. Maisonnette plutĂŽt bien situĂ©e entre le lycĂ©e bleu et le centre commercial Leclerc, pas de jardin et une "terrasse" de 1,5m sur 1m... autant dire pas d'extĂ©rieur. Accueilli par une dame (concierge ?) qui ne connaĂźt pas la maison : ne sait pas comment on se sert du chauffage (au mois de fĂ©vrier glagla), ne sait pas comment brancher la machine Ă  laver le linge... L'alĂšse sur le grand lit est tĂąchĂ©e (Ă©norme tĂąche d'urine) avec des cheveux et tout le reste... horrible. Pas d'autre alĂšse mais des alĂšses jetables... ça fera l'affaire (beurk !) Le propriĂ©taire m'appelle et explique que l'alĂšse est tĂąchĂ©e mais propre... mais bien entendu ! 16 ° dans la maison en arrivant, une odeur tenace et trĂšs forte d'humiditĂ© ! Des courants d'air partout (placo mal fixĂ© dans le salon, la cloison n'est pas fixĂ©e correctement). Grande vĂ©tustĂ© dans la cuisine et les chambres... Seule la sdb est rĂ©novĂ©e et la douche agrĂ©able. A la fin du sĂ©jour, la dame (concierge) vient faire le tour de la maison pour le mĂ©nage et elle a oubliĂ© notre chĂšque de caution chez elle (oups !). DĂ©cidemment rien ne va dans cette location. Je ne conseille pas du tout cette location !

Petite maison trĂšs sympa

Nous avons trouvé la location correspondant parfaitement au descriptif sur le site abritel. Séjour d'une semaine trÚs agréable dans une maison ou rien ne manque et dans des piÚces d'un bon volume. TrÚs belle salle de bains moderne avec une grande douche à l'italienne. 2 grandes chambres et une belle cuisine trÚs fonctionnelle. Attention la rue de la propriété à changé de nom !!!
