This lovely townhouse is on a pretty tree lined street with the communal pool literally a few steps away. Free from the chaos of a large complex you will be able to lounge around the pool and relax.

We have multiple outdoor areas for your use. To the front there's a 2 tiered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs and a retractable awning. There's also a large courtyard to the rear with a pizza oven and dining table.... plus a roof top solarium (accessed internally). You can chase the sun all day long if you wish. Alternatively, there's the communal pool which is just a few steps away using either the front or rear access from the property.

2 air conditioned bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a super king and bedroom 2 has 2 twin singles. Fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet, lounge with Smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning unit.

About the location:
It's an 8 minute easy walk to the nearest bar and just 12 minutes walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza where you have numerous restaurants, bars, night clubs and live entertainment. There's are also markets held in the plaza.

You have 4 world class golf courses within a few minutes walk or drive: Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas.

The beautiful blue flag beaches of the Orihuela Coast, such as La Zenia and Campoamor, are just a few minutes away. La Zenia being 6 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or a 45 minute walk.

There's also the wonderful La Zenia boulevard, the large shopping mall which is a short 5 minute drive or 40 minutes by foot. The boulevard is a modern vibrant shopping centre with high end shops, children's play zone, a huge supermarket, tenpin bowling, a casino and some very good eateries.

Villamartin has everything you'll need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc; The Plaza has an array of quality restaurants and bars, with weekly evening entertainment on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is a permanent taxi rank at the Villamartin Plaza.
