Villa overlooking Praia da Areia Branca with no shared spaces!

Located in the village of Seixal 700m from Areia Branca Beach, 67km north of Lisbon, 14km south of Peniche and just 3km from Lourinhã.
Less than 20 minutes walk from the beach and close to cafes, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset or have good moments of nightlife.
Near Rex Surf House you will find: ATM, market, supermarket ... everything you need for your day-to-day life.
With a maximum capacity of 9 people the Rex Surf House provides to those who visit us a warm and familiar environment.
Outdoor space with swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Large living room equipped with bar, fireplace, game of arrows and table football.
Spacious and bright rooms with the essentials for you to feel at home. Towels and linen included. We have different types of cushions available.
With different accommodation possibilities:
1 triple room with 3 single beds,
1 bedroom with double bed,
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, to choose from.
If necessary we offer transfer service, we try to rent your car or organize activities that you want to do during your stay: surfing lessons, Diving in Berlengas, tennis, go-karting, yoga, horseback riding, visit to Dino Parque, trip to Berlengas , plane rides and more, much more ...
Everyone is welcome to Rex Surf House !!! Surfers or not, we guarantee everyone who visits us a good stay!

Villa stay

Elisabete was a wonderful host and the accomodation was absolutely stunning! The bed was comfy, the bathrooms were lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed and more.The weather wasn't the greatest during our week-long stay but we loved our time in this rental and our time in Portugal. Elisabete was friendly, helpful, responded quickly and helped us to feel right at home. Next time we visit the area we would love to stay here again!

The perfect place to stay.

It is a lovely light, airy and spacious house with everything you could possibly want in your holiday home. Elisabete is the perfect host, who is always available for help and advice. We highly recommend The Rex Surf House for the ideal family holiday.

Great discovery

It was our first time in Portugal and we didn’t regret our choice. The Rex Surf House is a very beautiful villa located in a very calm village but with lot of things to do nearby. The house is fully equipped and if needed just ask Elisabete. We will surely come back :)

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein tolles Haus, der Pool, der Grillplatz und der Gemüsegarten sind natürlich Highlights. Sauberkeit top, es ist im Prinzip an alles gedacht, auch Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze in der Küche, alles vorhanden.Kommunikation mit Elisabete schnell und unkompliziert - eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert!Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!
