Un endroit fantastique

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse en famille dans cet endroit fantastique, au milieu des pins, au-dessus de la plage, une grande maison où petits et grands trouvent leur espace de liberté.Le bruit des vagues le matin au réveil, les diners sur la terrasse avec les couchers de soleilNous reviendrons, c'est sûr!

La pièce à vivre (salon/salle à manger) est parfaite pour passer du temps en famille, certaines font des jeux, d'autres lisent t d'autres encore tricotent. L'emplacement est splendide également, avec la plage à une minute, et on entend les vagues quand on va se coucher le soir.

Séjour à Meschers du 11 au 18 sept.2024

L'environnement de cette maison est absolument fantastique. Dommage qu'en ce qui nous concerne, la température ait été un peu fraîche pour cette période de l'année et que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter davantage de la plage directement accessible de la propriété. Concernant la maison elle-même, le grand séjour, très lumineux et l'immense terrasse sont vraiment très bien. Il est toutefois regrettable que les sanitaires et les équipements techniques soient quelque peu vieillissants et qu'une des deux salles de bain et WC soient à l'intérieur d'une chambre, donc difficilement utilisable par tout le monde. Un dernier point, la pièce qualifiée de cinquième chambre n'en est pas réellement une et ressemble d'avantage à une buanderie. En tous les cas, l'humidité ambiante ne nous a pas permis de l'utiliser.

Très belle semaine en famille dans ce petit havre de paix boisé donnant sur la mer. A 3mns à pied par un chemin privé sur la plage de suzac un bonheur. Maison fonctionnelle dans son jus , un certain charme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Emplacement idéal pour séjourner entre amis ou famille. L'accès à la plage est immédiat par un escalier et quelques pas. C'est sans nul doute le gros point fort de cette location. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Merci! A bientôt peut être!

Das Haus ist an wundervoller Lage inmitten eines Pinienwaldes am Strand. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung ln die Jahre gekommen. Angeboten als 9 Betten Haus, unserer Meinung nach nur 8. Das Einzelbett steht in einem Nebebraum, der ehemaligen Garage. Preis Leistung leider nicht OK. Kontakt sehr nett.

Un emplacement extraordinaire, mais pour le reste... De gros problèmes de propreté, café moisi dans la cafetière, couverts sales dans les tiroirs, odeurs d'humidité, lits et couvertures humides, toiles d'araignées, etc... Un gros manque d'entretien intérieur comme extérieur. Mobilier et déco très vieillissante. Aucune réponse au message suite aux problèmes de propreté... Désolé, nous sommes très loin d'être satisfaits.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dort genau richtig.

Das Haus ist typisch rustikal nach französischem Styl eingerichtet, gut für Hundebesitzer, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Ausreichend Platz für 9 Personen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand.
