Perfect spot for a wedding weekend at a nearby venue. Beautiful views of the river, beautiful historic house that is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host (and crew) is very responsive and attentive.

This lovely home provides a comfortable atmosphere and gorgeous views! The house is well stocked. Complete with toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, spices coffee and even noodles. We went out only for our own groceries. All beds were comfortable. Josh is very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend

We loved our stay at this wonderful property! It's just minutes from Lauxmont Farms, where we attended a wedding, which made the whole weekend incredibly convenient.The house itself is a big, old home that's been beautifully modernized — spotless inside and out, and more than roomy enough for my wife and me, our three adult sons, and their guests.Our favorite feature by far was the huge front porch. We spent every morning out there with coffee, watching boats drift by on the river. It's sunny in the morning and shifts to full shade by noon, making it perfect any time of day.

Family Rock the Country Festival weekend

Lovely historic home, beautifully appointed, well stocked with provisions and comfortable. We spent most of our time there on the wonderful front porch. Hot tub was icing on the cake.

Relaxing retreat

This home was a great place to gather our family for a local wedding. It had everything we needed and the porch was a relaxing place for breakfast with a beautiful view. Our stay was short, so we weren’t able to take advantage of some of the home’s amenities, but we were quite comfortable during our stay.

Perfect setting for our needs!

We arrived during a snow storm and much to our surprise, the drive and walkway had already been shoveled off for us....with a 2 and 4 year old, plus all of our gear, it made a HUGE difference. Home was great, location picturesque, and attention to details fantastic!

Lovely, historic property in a family-friendly area

We really enjoyed this historic property, with modern amenities and super clean. Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids fit comfortably in the house for a long weekend. It's a great small community with lots of river activities and light excursions for the kiddos. It was a great house - and place- to spend a warm summer weekend.
