This two bedroom apartment is located on Via del Moro, in one of the most unique areas of the historic centre. Only a 5 minute walk to Piazza Santa Maria Novella, Via Tournabouni, Via Vigna Nuova and Lungarno that runs along the Arno River.

You are also within a 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Signoria & Uffizi Gallery.

It is a quiet apartment which is composed of a comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, 1 master bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. There is one newly renovated bathroom and small balcony.

Even though the air conditioning is located only in the living room area, it is enough to ventilate the apartment adequately.

Once you’re in Florence, one of our check in team members will meet you at the apartment to provide you with the keys and to respond to all your questions.

Great location, lovely garden

Very nice appartment, albeit some of the fixtures were somewhat of cheap quality and were broken (toilet flush, shower). We communicated problems with owner who was very responsive. We loved our stay, well located and very quiet and comfortable. Would defintely go again.

Pictures are better than the flat

The pictures definitely look better than the unit. I took the time to check in online which was a lengthy process. When we arrived the host made us do the whole thing again on paper, waste of my time. The unit was comfortable, we would have liked more essentials. There were only 3 large towels for all of us for 4 days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. The refrigerator is tiny and the AC unit is in the hallway. Both bedroom doors must remain open to receive cool air. This allows for zero privacy. Whoever cleaned the unit did not do a great job, the bathrooms had hair on a every corner. Location is amazing and almost made up for everything else.

I will like to apologize for the level of the cleaning as for certain this is below our standard. Have we been aware of the state of the bathroom we would have send you the cleaning company immediately. We highly appreciate the feedback regarding the check in procedure as we wish to offer as many check in options as our guest required, but we do understanding that for some guest this very thorough procedure might seem like a waste of time. The apartment is supplied for based on the number of guests provided at the moment of the booking. I can see that your reservation was made for 2 guests, not 4, that’s why we provided this number of bedding and linens. Regarding the amenities, as we are not a hotel, unfortunately we are prevented by local law, to provide toiletries for the whole stay. Again, we thank you for taking the time to write a feed back to us, guest such as yourself help us to improve the standard of our service. All the best,

Magnifica ubicación

La ubicación es inmejorable, a menos de 500 m de la plaza del Duomo. Tiene dos dormitorios, con espacio para 4 personas. La cocina es pequeña, pero completa, con horno, microondas, menaje, cafetera, tostadora. Hay Wi-fi y aire Acondicionado. La entrada y salida resultó sencilla. Muy recomendable.
