@LIRIOS VILLAGE MARBELLA is a compound of five private 6-8 bedroom villas in an unbeatable location in Calle Los Lirios, Puerto Banus, an easy 7 min walk from the Marina and the sandy beaches. This is villa 4, a spacious 6-bedroom getaway with a private HEATED pool accommodating up to 18 guests. Whether for a family reunion or a group retreat, the villa offers an array od services including private chef, airport transfers and maid service, all part of the Lirios Village Marbella experience.

Villa 4 is a thoughtfully decorated and fully air-conditioned 6-bedroom holiday home for up to 18 guests. It has a recently refurbished kitchen and lovely outdoor area. Unwind in our private heated pool and let the kids roam in the flat garden while you relax on the sunbeds or prepare a BBQ dinner. Enjoy meals indoors or dine al fresco in the delightful outdoor seating area. The beach is just a short stroll away, and you`ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife just around the corner for your convenience. At Lirios Village, we do our best to create a memorable and care-free stay and offer seamless airport transfers, a dedicated maid service to make it a holiday for everyone, and the option to savor delicious local meals prepared by a private chef.

LOCATION and SECURITY
Located in the heart of Puerto Banus, this villa is an ideal choice if you prefer not to drive for dinner or for a drink, as the main strip is just a short walk away. A plethora of dining options awaits, from the upscale La Sala and Breathe restaurants to more casual spots like Mister Noodle, Burger Bar, or an Organic Juicery. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers, and beauty salons are conveniently located nearby. Despite its central location, Villa 4 provides a relaxing retreat for your well-deserved holiday. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a 24/7 security alarm.

ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy lightning-fast 5G optic fiber internet, relax to your favorite tunes using the Bluetooth audio speaker, binge-watch your favorites on Netflix, and soak up the sun by the inviting pool. I am sure you will have fun!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & KITCHEN
The villa`s bedrooms are prepared with fresh linen and towels for guests. All bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with new beds, soft duvets, comfortable pillows, and mattresses.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 en-suite twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed). Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.

Upstairs, there are two en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), one double (with two single beds pushed together) and one triple bedroom (with three single beds).

Culinary enthusiasts will love the newly renovated kitchen, equipped with an abundance of pots, pans, wine and champagne glasses, crockery, utensils, and cutlery to accommodate large groups of guests. Coffee aficionados can savor their brew from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine

SERVICES
@Lirios Village Marbella, we offer a wide range of tailor-made services to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We can arrange your airport transfers, include daily maid service, arrange groceries shopping, welcome surprise decoration, boat trips, and more. Maid service is included in high-season direct bookings, and it can be added to any other booking. We also offer airport transfers and private chef services.

MAID SERVICE
Direct bookings @liriosvillagemarbella for July and August include one complimentary maid service. The service can also be added to any booking made via online platforms or agents for 125 EUR/day, covering a light clean of the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Fresh linen and towels are available for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee. Make it a holiday for everyone! :-)

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange airport transfer for your group. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Our fare is 17 EUR/person and a minimum 170 EUR fare per transfer applies.

PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - check @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to prepare. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person.

HEATED POOL
Have the pool heated for your winter stay for 90 EUR/day, minimum 350 EUR fee applies.

Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same area.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 18 GUESTS
Even though this villa sleeps up to 16 guests comfortaby, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you.

PARKING
You can safely park 3 cars behind the property gates. There is also unlimited parking in a parking lot 200 meters from the property.
1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
9. The gardener must be granted access to the villa, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
10. The villa is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE.
11. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
12. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please)
2. Load the dishwasher and put it on
3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.
