No smoking.. This light, airy holiday apartment, part of an Edwardian terrace is just 2 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Andrews. The owner can meet you at the airport or train station, and provide mini tours of places of interest. Enjoy the shops, coffee shops, theatre, cinema, museums and bars all within a short stroll. The Old Course, 10 minutes away, and 11 other golf courses within 5 miles. Sandy beach, Sea Life Centre, medieval buildings all nearby, or explore fishing villages and beaches of the East Neuk. Warm, cosy and inviting, Helens Lea felt like home from home.

Warm, cosy and inviting, Helens Lea felt like home from home. Just 5 minutes walk into the town, the location was very convenient and being on a busy road did not prove to be an issue. The cooker and bathroom facilities felt quite dated but everything worked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Helens Lea for a cosy winter break. Helens lea has good location, 10-15 min walk to town center.

Helens lea has good location, 10-15 min walk to town center. The rooms have different size as the beds. The double beds are too small for two grown up people. The ensuite room with twin beds were ok. There were only two chairs with backrests around the Dining table, (and two benches to sit or having as table to the Sofa. The kichen is small and narrow. A shelterd garden was nice to go out and sit in.

Great flat. Well equipped. Comfortable and clean and 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Owner was very personable and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely book again.
