This was a real find.
This was a real find. The location was excellent providing opportunity for finding peace and tranquility without being too remote. Daily swims in the sea and access to coastal walks were particular highlights. Whilst the facilities are a little dated- this is not what Needles and Winds is about. It is a real gem.

We had a lovely week at the chalet bungalow.
We had a lovely week at the chalet bungalow. The location was stunning ... The access road was incredibly bumpy and caused worry for our car suspension. It was well located for that part of the coast and meant we had some lovely days out. The ferry seemed expensive and it would have been great if a ferry booking facility could have been included as it was on a previous trip to the IoW. The views across the Solent were second to none and it was great to watch the Fastnet race set out across the horizon.
