A great coastal base for a small family wanting to disover this area with beautiful beaches and traditional seaside attractions.. Ground Floor:

Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Nestled in a quiet side row, Sweet Pea Cottage, a semi-detached property, provides a great coastal holiday base from which to explore the local area and, while its location is quiet, it has lots of local facilities and conveniences on hand. Named after a 12th century Lord, Heacham is situated on a coastal area known as The Wash and is in the heart of lots of beautiful beaches and tourist attractions. For all the fun of the fair, you can head to Hunstanton where the beach seems to literally go on for miles, and you will find a small fairground, traditional seaside amusements and a Sea Life Centre. Norfolk Lavender, Caithness Crystal and Langham Glass are all close by and also within easy reach lies the city of King’s Lynn with its historical old quarter and guided walks. For a traditional seaside resort, you should head to Wells-next-the-Sea, with its narrow gauge railway and picturesque quay. In fact, it’s a great place for pottering, enjoying the mix of traditional and artisan shops and numerous places to eat. Add in National Trust properties and stately homes such as Holkham Hall, great walks and cycle routes, golf courses, bird watching and wildlife viewing opportunities, you will quickly see why this part of the Norfolk coast is so very popular. And, after enjoying interesting and fun packed days out, you’ll be glad you chose cosy Sweet Pea Cottage to relax and unwind in. Shop and restaurant 10 yards, pubs and restaurants 600 yards.
