The patio and small lawned garden with lovely views is perfect for dining al fresco on warm evenings. The property is spacious and well presented retaining many original features and an open fire. It is equipped and furnished with care and attention to detail, together with private parking.
The golden sandy beach, the harbour dotted with yachts and fishing boats, the town centre and the abbey and church are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Whitby is an atmospheric town with a wealth of attractions and events throughout the year. The quaint narrow cobbled streets are lined with little shops filled with antiques, crafts and giftware, tea rooms, restaurants and inns.This property also overlooks the railway line where steam trains pass by as they make their way from Whitby to Pickering along the scenic North York Moors Railway. Discover the pretty villages of the North York Moors where there is a myriad of paths and trails to suit all abilities. Beach 1 mile. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
