A striking loft conversion in a secluded countryside location, with wonderful walking and glorious views, this stylish property makes a superb holiday base. Wells, the smallest city in England yet with one of its finest cathedrals, is just 1 mile distant, and Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Glastonbury’s famous Tor, Stourhead gardens (NT) and Street’s much visited Clarks Village Shopping Outlet are all a short drive – the city of Bath is a little further. Golf and riding locally. Shops 1 mile, pub serving food 0.75 miles.

Geweldig huisje!

We hebben een heerlijke week in dit huisje gehad: in de omgeving is van alles te doen (steden Wells, Bristol, Bath, wandelen met prachtige uitzichten bij de Cheddar Gorge, Ebbor Gorge) en de gezellige loft met balkon op het zuidwesten en uitzicht over de omgeving is helemaal top! De eerste dagen na ons vertrek hadden we echt heimwee naar dit mooie plekje...

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting. Quite clean but attention needed to sort out cobwebs, windowsill, limescale and really dirty cooker! Also not enough crockery and glass if you use the dishwasher. Lots of limescale on taps & shower..... However I would recommend because of the lovely setting and closeness to Wells
