Lovely property, unbelievably peaceful with a stunning view of the Carnneddau and the glyders in the distance . Only up the hill from civilisation but feels like your in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for dogs too , as long as they can tolerate sheep as there’s lots at the end of the garden

Great little find in a super peaceful location with amazing views of the mountains.
Great little find in a super peaceful location with amazing views of the mountains. This place is perfectly located for most places in North Wales and super easy to get to Anglesey, and Betws y Coed which were places we wanted to visit. It’s just outside Bangor where there are loads of supermarkets and shops so super convenient. As others have said, the double bed is small it’s a queen size I think, so was a bit of a squeeze with two in that bed. Has everything you need including a washing machine and an outside clothes line to dry clothes if needed. All i’d say it needs is a baking tray as didn’t have one so struggled to prepare some food items, but hey ho, hopefully the owner (who is lovely by the way!) will see this review and put one in the lodge. :) We would definitely go back anyway 😘

Let down by VRBO as no communication on the app or by email regarding accessing the property. Couldn’t message the host in the App and had to call cottages.com 3 times to get information about contacting host. The remote for the tv wasn’t at the property and the host was extremely helpful and got a new one ordered and set it up on the second full day we were there. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the shower drain and between the seats on the sofa ( both cleaned by ourselves) let down what is a beautifully situated property
