La Grande Peymalie is an old and completely renovated mansion with high sealings. We offer 4 master bedrooms and 3 smaller bedrooms, four bathrooms and loft for the kids to sit, stay and play, next to the big living and dining room. This caters for privacy and privacy when required. The beautiful kitchen, the swimming pool of 7x14 meters with BBQ and the tennis court in France, The Dordogne. Or course internet is available, even at the pool.
The grand Peymalie is Surrounded by 5 hectares of woods and grass, ensuring your privacy and relaxation. On a 25 minute driving distance from Bergerac airport, 30 minutes from Périqueux and 15 minutes from LaLinde, it's easy to do a trip for shopping, wine and dine, visit a lot of great trips in the area. A bakery (boulangerie) and small supermarket is at 8 km in Saint-Alvère driving the D32 for 7 minutes, the center of the truffle market in France. Many small restaurants are close by, where you can lunch or wine and dine with the great local specialties or duck, foie gras and course truffle. We welcome you in the ancient heart of France.

Wonderful time with extended family

We were a group of 10 adults and several small children (aged 1-5), and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was well equipped, several dinings spaces inside and outside (we ate on the terrace every night), and plenty of bathrooms! The pool was amazing, with lots of toys, sun loungers and shades. We went to the boulangerie every day for croissants and ventured out most days to the nearby villages and towns for ice creams, delicious meals and to markets. We would love to come back again, we really loved the setup. Thank you!

Lovely house

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house in France. The big pool was a highlight for us, providing endless fun and relaxation under the sun. The terrace was perfect for enjoying meals and the beds were so comfortable that we had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The peaceful location of the house was exactly what we were looking for, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The house was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in France. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Eine wunderbare Woche in einem tollen Landhaus

Es war alles genau wie beschrieben. Die sehr gute Betreuung durch den Concierge hat für einen unproblematischen Auftakt und Abreise gesorgt. Aus Erfahrung mit zahlreichen anderen Ferienhäusern möchten wir besonders hervorheben: Ganz besonders gut hat uns das sehr großzügige Platzangebot innen und außen gefallen. So konnten sich alle Familienmitglieder je nach Bedarf zusammenfinden, aber eben auch bei Bedarf zurückziehen. Das Haus ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet - man merkt, dass es tatsächlich bewohnt wird. Und das meint nicht nur die vollständige Möblierung bzw. Ausstattung mit sehr guter Haushaltstechnik, sondern auch die Kleinigkeiten. Egal, ob mal eine Batterie fehlte oder dringend Klebeband benötigt wurde - alles war sofort verfügbar "wie Zuhause". Der Insektenschutz (Fenster) funktioniert sehr gut. Der Tennisplatz war, trotz angekündigtem, unrestauriertem Zustand, ein willkommenes Extra und wurde gerne bespielt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bonne expérience équipements sanitaire de qualité cependant , piscine +++,pool house très très bien équipé. Cependant quelques amélioration à faire Éclairage terrasse Manque essoreuse à salade Remontées odeurs , assainissement.....
