Luxurious 2 Bedroom on the Gulf - Direct beach access - Incredible views!
Luxurious 2 bedroom gulf front condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach close to shopping and dining. This unique unit has been completely remodeled and redecorated from floor to ceiling. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The unit has new furniture including an updated king mattress, and a sleeper sofa with an 8.5" pillow-top queen Cozy Mattress. The rest of the unit offers an electric fireplace, 3 flat screen TVs, and 3 DVD players. The bathrooms are done in cultured marble surrounds and offer granite counter tops. Enjoy comfortable beds and soft linens.
The living room and master bedroom have a gulf front balcony running in front of them for awesome views day and night. The balcony has a brand new dining table with 4 chairs & 2 zero gravity recliners for enjoying the sunrise & sunset. The unit is on the 9th floor.
Other amenities include a heated pool, a fitness room, and beautiful arbored beach access right in front! 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas available for your use. Please bring your beach towels.
Seagrove Beach is right on the 18 mile bike path which leads into Seaside & Watercolor for shopping, dining, free concerts, coffee houses and cafes. You'll love the beach get-away !!!
