About this property

Enjoy our spacious & upgraded two story home with no shared hotel style hallways or entrance with other units, beautiful views off each balcony, and direct access to parking garage. Purgatory Ski Resort offers a shuttle service that picks up and drops off in front of our building during ski season.

2 bedroom/2 bath End Unit Townhome.

This is our family vacation home that we have generously furnished with everything needed to enjoy a beautiful mountain vacation.

Granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked. The countertop bar overlooks the dining & living room area with beautiful mountain views.

Open area kitchen/dining room & living room has comfortable furniture, T.V./DVD player (FIOS Internet TV) wine bar, and fireplace.

Downstairs bedroom #1 has a bunkbed- Bedding includes comfortable mattresses, down comforters, duvet cover, and linens. TV, DVD player, and movies.

Upstairs bedroom #2 is an oversized master bedroom/loft area with a king bed and Tempur-pedic mattress ,linens, pillows, and comfortable duvet. It also has a separate sitting area perfect to relax. The attached master bathroom has two large closets, his/her sinks , shower and a separate spa room with a oversized jacuzzi bath tub with spectacular views of the mountains.

Our unit has direct access covered parking with plenty of room for large SUV's. One vehicle permitted for guests.

Cascade Village has a wonderful indoor pool, hot tubs, and saunas. There is tennis courts, an on-site gym, and a game room with a pool table, darts, flat screen TV and rustic seating to enjoy our mountain community.

The outdoor hot tub overlooks landscaped common grounds with a large deck, gas grill, tables, and chairs to use.

Our Townhome is 1480 square feet.

Our second year staying in this unit. Nicely appointed, cozy, comfortable and with access to great amenities. 5 min drive to the lifts.

Ski Trip

Family ski trip. Great space. Good location but the shuttle only runs twice a day or you have to pay. This was during peak ski time so we had to have someone drop off if you did not leave at the specified times.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Away from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far from conveniences. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfy furniture, super comfy bed and in a gorgeous setting. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Our hosts thought of everything! And they made sure we had a way to reach them just in case we encountered any issues. We will definitely keep this one in mind next time we're in the area!

Cascade Village Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Cascade Village. The rental unit was great, clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and answer all our questions. We would certainly there again. Enjoyed the walks around the village.

We are a family of four that enjoy vacationing during the summer months and ski season in Durango!

Colorado has become one of our favorite places to visit along with Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean.

We love Durango and all that the surrounding areas of Silverton and Ouray have to offer. Great family skiing, Hiking, mountain bike riding, white water rafting, fishing and off-roading are just a few things we enjoy during our vacation.

Why they chose this property

This is our 2nd home. We have remodeled it with all of the comforts and features that make for a fantastic home away from home. Our unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom floor plans in CV with a private entrance (no shared hotel style hallways) & direct access garage parking. The ski shuttle conveniently picks up in front of our building.

The complex offers a large indoor pool, spa and sauna that can be used year-round. Beautiful tennis courts, a game room, an onsite gym and direct access hiking. Purgatory Ski Resort is a mile approx. from our complex and offers a free ski shuttle during ski season.

The community game room, study and T.V. area has comfortable rustic furniture a large fireplace with fantastic views of the mountainside.

With Free shuttle service to and from Durango Mountain/Purgatory Ski Resort our location is convenient, spacious, quiet and very private.
