Single storey villa (80 m2). Situated approx 1400 m from the sea front – Riells beach, shops and restaurants.

Outside:
- 1 car parking space
- Enclosed garden (small white stone, the grass has been removed)
- Terrace covered with bbq
- Community pool 6 m x 15 m, community garden, outside shower.


The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets : 50 €

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.

La casa esta muy bien ,la ubicacion muy tranquila en la montaña lo único que es imprescindible ir con coche es necesario para todo...La pega que le pongo es que no esta muy limpia sobretodo la cocina, que además ni hay espacio para colocar la comida...

Respecto al espacio para colocar la comida, entendemos tu punto y estamos valorando algunas mejoras para optimizar el área de cocina y hacerla más funcional. Es cierto que por la localización en plena naturaleza, el coche es necesario, pero muchos de nuestros huéspedes lo ven como parte del encanto y la desconexión que ofrece el entorno. Super séjour!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, pratique, facile à rafraîchir pour la nuit (pourtant canicule), plutôt sécuritaire pour un enfant de 2ans et pratique avec un chien. Environ calme mais nous sommes très vite dans le centre de L’Escala. Enfin la gestion par l’agence au top, réactive et arrangeante ! Nous recommandons!

Remplacement des assiettes ainsi que des verres.

Le service à vaisselle mérite d'être remplacé. Il manque des plats en verre pour aller dans le four. Sinon rien à dire sur la location ! Séjour agréable ,certainement à l'année prochaine !!!!

bonne location

maison très agréable , les tapis sont vraiment inutile , la clim serais la bien venu , il fait trop chaud la nuit dans la maison . le quartier est très calme . les deux terrasses sont super. très bonne appréciation pour jordan qui nous a donner les clés et fait visiter la maison .

Merci Claude pour votre appréciation :). Pour les tapis on va les enlever pour la saison d'été. La clim pour le moment elle ne va pas entre installer, on consultera la propriétaire fin de saison a ce sujet..., pour le moment il y a des ventilateurs dans les chambres. A la prochaine Claude :)

La location est dans une rue très calme. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, très peu de personnes! Le logement est très bien et fonctionnel. L escala est une station très familiale, si vous pouvez prenez les vélos L agence melimmo est très bien, ils sont disponibles et accueillants .

Belle vacance!

Nous avons passé de très belle vacance dans cette petite maison, nous étions 2 couple avec enfants. La maison était bien assez grande et très fonctionnelle, propre dans un lotissement très calme. La piscine était très bien entretenu et très peu frequenté par les autres maisons du lotissement. La plage situer à 1km500 est propre et belle , on peu y louer un pédalo avec toboggan pour 1h à 10€! Nous nous sommes tous très bien amusé , maison à recommander Petit plus: le barbecue sur la terrasse, Remarque: juste penser à remplacer le micro onde qui a quelque rater Et merci à la représentante de melimmo très sympathique et arrangeante .
