Rosaria is a warm and gracious host who gave us a heartfelt welcome. The house is beautiful, and her attention to detail made us feel right at home. The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning, especially from the pool, where you can fully enjoy the scenery. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back anytime!

Tolles Haus mit herausragender Gastgeberin

Rosarias Haus ist super sauber, mit viel liebe zum Detail gepflegt und hat eine sehr gute Größe. Wunderschöner und erholsamer Italien Urlaub

Hallo Zusammen, meine Ehefrau und ich durften das wunderschön gelegene Ferienhaus von unserer fantastischen Vermieterin Rosaria genießen. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Anzeige. Ist fantastisch auf einem Hügel mit einer wunderschönen weiten Aussicht gelegen. Der Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Rosaria ist eine tolle Vermieterin die sich um alles kümmert. Obwohl sie erkrankt war hat sie sich ganz viel Mühe gegeben um uns das Haus persönlich zu erklären, hat uns mit selbstgemachter Pasta , Pesto und einem Wein und einem kleine Frühstück für den nächsten Tag. Dies haben wir so bisher noch in Keinem Ferienhaus erlebt. Das Haus war mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht, es hatte absoluten Hotel Standard, was sonst absolut so nicht üblich ist. Die Lage ist für Städtetrips und einen Badeurlaub perfekt, allerdings wird definitiv ein Auto benötigt. Rosaria ist für Tipps und Hilfe immer zu erreichen und hat tolle Insidertipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit einem tollen Haus und einer absolut Tollen Vermieterin. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns sehr bei Rosaria für das tolle Haus und den tollen Urlaub. MFG A.R.

Sono stati molto collaborativi e disponibili quando ho comunicato che mi ero ammalata durante il loro soggiorno e non potevo garantire la mia personale presenza. Abbiamo insieme cercato di organizzarci per garantire che il loro soggiorno fosse comunque confortevole. Ho apprezzato molto il loro spirito positivo. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Wir wurden von Rosaria herzlich empfangen. Es gab eine ausführliche Einweisung und für den ersten Abend und Morgen war für unser leibliches Wohl gesorgt. Oase der Erholung

Tolles, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool. Lage ideal für Ausflüge, bspw. zu den fünf Küstendörfern von Cinque Terre an der italienischen Riviera. Die Privatsphäre ist gewährleistet. Ist Rat und Tat gefragt, ist Rosaria stets per WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir haben den zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das kleine Paradies "Casa Rosaria" vorbehaltlis weiterempfehlen.

Wundervolles Haus

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Rosaria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um das Wohl der Gäste perfekt kümmert! Empfangen wurden wir mit einer regionalen Flasche Wein, Nudeln und selbstgemachte Pesto! Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren super gepflegt und sauber! Wunderbarer Blick in die bewaldeten Hügel und bis ans Meer. Alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt! Rosaria war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sauber und toll gelegen!!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Rosaria's wunderschönem, sehr gepflegtem Ferienhaus mit sehr sauberem und auch geräumigem Pool und Garten in Vezzano Ligure in den Hügeln mit Blick über La Spezia sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und man wird auch sehr sehr lieb von Rosaria empfangen und bei Fragen zeitnah unterstützt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass sich auch unsere Jack Russell-Hündin frei bewegen konnte! Bar/ Pizzeria und "Tante-Emma-Laden" sind fußläufig erreichbar und diverse Supermärkte mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt. Wir können das Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen!!!

Traumhaftes Haus

Dieses Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Es ist alles so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Blick über das Tal traumhaft, absolute Privatsphäre. Die Vermieterin Rosalia ist sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich jederzeit melden, sie reagiert sofort. Der check -in war völlig unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, auch Gewürze und Öl waren vorhanden. Schöner Urlaub, gerne wieder.
