We are located 50 meters from the 7th green on the Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Resort. This two-bedroom timber cabin has a spacious living area with many extra features including wide screen television with Foxtel and four burner barbeque. There is the choice of dining inside or outside on the large balcony. The kitchen is well appointed with microwave, cook top, refrigerator and more.
Under two hours from Sydney and a million miles from the hustle and bustle. You cannot help but relax sitting down to a barbeque evening meal on the balcony taking in the magnificent views over the golf course and the valley.
You will be required to provide your own linen (i.e. sheets and towels). There are ample doonas, blankets and there is reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a Queen size bed in both bedrooms. Relaxation is so much more enjoyable after some exercise. The options are unlimited. Test yourself on the challenging Par 71 championship golf course (Jack Newton designed) with several signature holes. Swimming pool and tennis courts are located on the resort available for your use. Bring your bikes and cycle into the village. Try canoeing on the river or nearby Tallowa dam (hire available in the village). Bushwalking and horse riding are other options as well.
On the less strenuous side you can enjoy the villages cafes, craft shops, country pub and more. It is a short drive to Berry, Bowral, Berima, Nowra, Jervis Bay, Seven Mile Beach and surrounding National Park.
The serenity is never ending from the early morning with the mist filling the valley as it lifts uncovering the magnificent valley views to the late afternoon with the lengthening shadows and tranquility whilst enjoying your Favorite beverage on the balcony.

Immaculate cabin with everything you needs to relax as well as being virtually on the golf course with the wildlife. Amazing host who has provided the best holiday country retreat we all could have asked for. Having a tennis court & pool 100m was also a massive bonus. Wish we all had a chance to stay longer as we were in golfing & nature heaven that will forever stay in our memories.
Three of my friends spent 2 nights in the cabin. We loved the quiteness and greenery. The cabin was adequately equipped. My friends from overseas loved watching the kangaroos roaming freely there.
Great location on the golf course. Well appointed kitchen withAldi coffee pod machine. Huge hooded bbq. Plenty of cookware, crockery & cutlery useful for self catering. Comfortable beds and huge shower
Would highly recommend this cabin! It was very spacious and comfortable, airconditioned with new bathroom and kitchen plus large deck and lovely views! Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay here again and hopefully for longer next time.Thankyou
We are three senior citizens ladies decided to take peaceful and quiet holiday for only two days and chose Kangaroo valley being within reach. We reached in time, found the place comfortable and enjoyed thepeaceful surroundings.
We had a great stay at the cottage this weekend. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful outlook over the golf course. A short drive to the main street of Kangaroo Valley. Well equipped with cleaning products, body wash etc. Thank you Craig!
Stays at Escarpe with a mate. Playing golf. The scenery, the accomodation, the facility was outstanding.
Craig so easy to communicate with. Great size. Bathroom new and clean.
Kitchen fully stocked. , one thing is no oven. But has a new big hooded bbq which does the same job.
Will defiantly recommend Craig and Escarpe to others.
Amazing Property, just what we all needed and more. From when we booked there was great communication with the owners Craig and Ruth. The property was even better than we expected, there were so many little extras that we weren't expecting. The cabin was just over 3 kms from town so close enough if you needed anything but still far enough away that it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. There were other people staying in cabins near us but you could not see or hear them, it felt like we were the only ones there (apart from the kangaroos and the odd golf players). We would definitely love to stay here again, Thanks Craig and Ruth for sharing your lovely property with us.

kangaroo valley
everything was as expected. nice quiet spot on edge of golf course about 4 kms from village. the only problem was the cold water smelt terrible so we had to buy bottled water to drink. we boiled some hot water to brush teeth etc. not sure if water quality was poor because the river was low but it did detract for what was a nice break.

Great to hear you enjoyed your stay.
The resort water comes from two dams then through a water treatment plant and is safe for drnking. The smell occurs occaisionaly in the summer months due to the water being heated sitting in the pipework. Running the water for up to 5 minutes in this case and the smell disapates.
We absolutely loved staying in the cabin. We saw wombats, echidnas and kangaroos from the veranda. So many walks around and exploring. We had such a great time and the cabin exceeded our expectations!
Property was great for a few days away. Description of Cabin was good.
Clean and tidy. Owner easy to communicate with. Will be back again for another stay in the future.

We live in Coogee in Sydney. With us being from country QLD and country Ireland respectively we love the peace and tranquillity of Kangaroo Valley. It helps as well that we are keen golfers but there are plenty of other activities in the valley and nearby.
