This house was very nicely appointed! Clean, warm pool and a great outdoor area! Will look to rent this house next year when I come back down for Spring Training. We were able to walk to the Blue Jays stadium and the Phillies stadium was a short 5 minute drive!

The property was located on a main highway but there wasn’t too much noise with traffic passing by. The AC did a great job of cooling the home. The property was well maintained. Anytime we reached out to the property manager, they responded promptly and were efficient with tending to our requests. The pool was warm. The location was close enough to get to wherever we wanted to go. I would recommend this property to others.

The location was centrally located but on a very busy road that was loud at night. The home should not be advertised to accomadate more than 6 adults. Bed mattresses and pillows need to be replaced as they were past their shelf life. The home ammenities were good and we enjoyed our stay.

Great home base

We came down to Clearwater for a month. The house made for a great home base while we explored all the things Pinellas County had to offer. At the end of the day it was nice to enjoy the pool.

Thank you for your review. The pool is heated to 84 degrees. When it is Summertime and the air temperature is 98 degrees, the pool will feel cold comparatively...especially if you get sunburn. Please report any maintenance items like loose screens & our team will be happy to resolve them.

We as a family enjoy this property stay 5 days, the property had a private pool the kids enjoy summer. The cleanliness, communication with the manager, and check-In progress were excellent!! But the location and neighborhood were okay I would rate 2.5, it's on a busy main road traffic flow.

Family fun

This is the second year renting this property. It is so relaxing and the pool is great. My mother has limited mobility and is able to get around with her walker easily. So also is able to enjoy the pool with the family. It is the perfect place to reconnect with loved ones! Be back next year!
