Previously an artist's studio, this delightful accommodation is within easy walking distance of Berrima's shops, restaurants, historic buildings and attractions. A peaceful and private stay is assured, as the studio is set back from the street and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied.
Double french doors opening out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

I cannot recommend this studio enough. I stayed for a month whilst on my student nursing placement at Southern Highlands private hospital and I loved every moment. Robyn was kind, thoughtful and friendly, accommodating my every need. She replied within minutes whenever I messaged to ask questions and cleaned the studio (plus linen) every week. The location is gorgeous with a very short walk to lovely cafes. If you want to stay in Berrima, stay here.

Fantastic place.

Super clean, private studio. check in process was super easy. Very nicely located right near the middle of the town. With only a very short walk to the shops, and short drive to surrounding towns. The heating was amazing with the cold weather.
