Kiwi Bach on Oceanview

Kiwi style 1950s bach. Three bedrooms. Large deck. Walk to Beach. Walk to town. Great location. Kitchen is small but functional and has a dishwasher. There is a BBQ for cooking outside. There's no need to cook if you don't want to as there are great restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. Bathroom has shower over bath. There is an outdoor shower for cooling off when you get back from the beach.
Deck is sunny and private. You can hear the waves.
No tents on the lawn. Minimum night stay 4 nights during 19 Dec to 31 Jan.
No garage but plenty of parking space outside house.
Property is not fully fenced; and the deck has some steep stairs down from it that are unfenced/ unrailed and makes it unsuitable for under 4 years of age.
There is no TV but there is free wifi

There is a washing machine, clothes drier, outdoor washing line and a portable clothes rack.

Great location, everything you need

Fantastic location, lots of space, everything you need on hand. Great that sheets are supplied, fabulous to turn up and relax rather than rushing to set up beds.

Large and cosy beach bach ideally located

Everything was great: Communication with the owner, check in, house layout/space, comfort, cleanliness, everything was perfect for a week end away by The beach with a few friends ! Highly recommend !! Thanks again !

Week-long stay

The place is just as presented - not luxurious, but very spacious & clean, with all amenities. A plus is that it is two blocks from the beach, and two from the shops. The heaters worked very well, so even though it was late June, it was cosy. All communication was fine.

Perfect family accommodation

The property was exactly as advertised, and gave us plenty of room for a family of five. The outdoor area was great as it allowed us to host family we were visiting for an afternoon and enjoy having a lovely, private space in the sun. Amenities were great and hosts provided such a great info package ahead of our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Awesome location. Easy access to beach and town. Definitely would book again.

Property very clean. Great clear instructions for access and use of facilities in the house. Deck very appealing for sitting outside. Kids loved the area outside to play in. WiFi a big bonus.

Wonderful location and excellent host. Exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Theres a deck to get some morning sun or for an evening BBQ. Rooms are very comfortable and the location is great for the Mount, the town, or the beach.

Perfect kiwiana family Bach

Fabulous family weekend away with three generations of the family and everyone loved this place. Simple easy unpretentious family bach with great kiwiana character. Walked to everything. Can’t wait to come stay again. Thank you!
