Dolphin View Apartment

Absolute Beachfront,no Roads to cross.It is set in a private landscaped setting with an ever changing water vista of dolphins, surfers anglers,seabirds and migrating seasonal whales.

There is a covered alfresco dining area for enjoying wine, nibbles and BBQing the catch of the day, whilst relaxing and enjoying the cooling sea breezes.

A walk after dinner on the beach can be accessed by our own private walkway that takes you on to the sands of Racecourse Beach.

Dolphin View is an easy ten minute walk to the newly built Ex Servicemans Club, that offers fabulous affordable meals, entertainment and a courtesy bus.

The fully self contained apartment has just recently been renovated with a fresh new look.

Up to 25 restaurants and cafes .Two golf courses to choose from, 18 hole championship course and a 9 hole beach side course both at Mollymook. Leisure centre with gym and pools. Twin cinema and Fun Land for the kids .Also great local walks.

Suitable for families up to four people or a romantic weekend for two

Fishing charters, Dolphin Watch cruises, Nowra wild life Park, Mogo Zoo (our favourite) are a delightful day out for all. Mini Golf and bird feeding at Burrill Lake and horse riding is near by. Also Award winning wineries close by.

Peaceful escape

I stayed at Dolphin View apartment by myself for the weekend. If you are looking for a peaceful seaside escape, this is the place for you! The view was beautiful although somewhat obstructed by some trees. You could still see the beach and the waves crashing. A few steps down the path and you've got your feet in the sand. The garden was neatly manicured with the softest, greenest grass! Plenty of places to sit to take in the view and listen to the ocean. The apartment itself was neat and tidy with everything you could need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and might even bring the kids next time!

Helmut is very friendly and professional. The unit under the main house had lovely beach views, and was lovely and clean. Great that there was plenty of tea, coffee, sugar a jug of cold water and a UHT milk. Very comfortable beds

Lovely short break in the lead up to Christmas

Beach proximity doesn’t get much better than this. Nice view over the beach and water. Short walk down to the beach. Plenty of board games and beach gear provided. Five minute drive into Ulladulla. Great short break.

The accommodation is in a great location. There is a private walkway to Racecourse Beach which is very handy. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 4. There are toys and games for kids. Helmut was a great host, he was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful

Very pleased to have stumbled upon Dolphin View. Absolutely perfect location right on the beach with awesome views. The apartment is really well maintained and kitted out - just perfect for a short stay. Being away from the "busy" town centre is a real plus, listening to the waves all day and night. Being semi-regulars to the area, will definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect!
