This comfortable and spacious house is suitable for anyone looking to spend time down on the Mornington Peninsula.

Unlike most other accommodation our rates are based on the number of people so if there are only two of you thats all you pay.

Tootgarook is a quiet suburb nestled between Rye and Rosebud with shops, takeaways and cafes only minutes away.

Walking distance to a beautiful bay beach with everything at your fingertips. Winery's, golf courses and restaurants including Peninsula Hot Springs and Spa.

Terrific stay at a full house with fully fenced back yard for the dogs. Had everything (and more!) that I needed. In a great location and quiet neighbourhood. Karl was very accommodating and a good communicator. Good value for money.

Great location

Our stay was great. The accommodation was easy. Everything we needed at hand, the house was warm, location great for restaurants, beach, walking tracks. Karl welcomed us and was respectful of our time as he quickly showed us around. Whilst WiFi wasn’t critical to us it was disappointing to learn late in the process that it wasn’t actually available at the property.
