Situated in a quiet pocket of San Remo with nearby surrounding attractions only a short walk or drive away. This Townhouse caters for couples and families. The outdoor entertaining area is ideal for those BBQ’s and provides views of the nearby rolling hills. The carport provides undercover parking for one vehicle with additional off-street parking bay for a second vehicle or small boat. The front deck on the upper floor is a great place to stretch and unwind with a glass or two.

Find time to explore the surroundings of the historic towns or just relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean that can be heard on a calm night. The local back
beach is situated a short walk away and is a great place for swimming, relaxing or exploring the inlet coast. The local shopping strip caters for all your daily needs and provides cafes for breakfast and restaurants & bars open for lunch and dinner.

Phillip Island is just over the bridge with a short drive away that offers a wide range of attractions to fulfill your day and perhaps an evening at the spectacular Penguin Parade. For the more adventurous, the South Gippsland region offers natural parks, towns filled with character and beaches that can only be described as unique and tranquil.

Not only does this property offer space for relaxation, but also provides easy access to the nearby Phillip Island GP Circuit which is an international attraction for all motoring events.

Robert is a great host, responded quickly and offered excellent suggestions for any questions that I had. We loved the top floor views and the deck. The house is absolutely immaculate and very welcoming, with great attention to detail throughout for a comfortable stay. The location is very peaceful, with the beach, playground and IGA all within walking distance. We felt the bunk bed would be better suited for kids than adults.

Lives up to it's advertisement

This property is beautifully presented, impeccable cleanliness, there were even some added extra's in the form of tea bags, coffee, long life milk, you know, just the little things that help make the stay that little bit more enjoyable. Close to shops (15min walk), close to beach (15min walk), great location and Robert was so easy to contact and supplied all information needed for a really enjoyable stay.
