A colorful three bedroom double story house. Light and airy with tree top views. Surrounded by a lovely garden and a huge fenced rear yard with large lawn area.
Well suited to families or two couples, with upstairs/downstairs separation.
Located on a quiet no-through road, a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the sheltered Ventnor Bay beach.
For shopping, a 5 minute brisk walk brings you to to a friendly general store with bottle shop. Or take a 5 minute drive to the nearby bustling town of Cowes.
For surfers, drive 5 minute into the other direction to hit 5 different quality brakes, right and left hand.
It is an island, so hit out in any direction and you will meet the water. Many different beaches to explore with all the benefits and boons that these provide. The bay side of the island has calm small waves while the ocean side brings in the exciting big ones.

Upstairs;
Open plan kitchen, living and dining with ceiling fans and air-con/heating, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, fully enclose-able timber deck with bbq

Downstairs;
Sitting/bedroom, shower, separate toilet, laundry facilities and outdoor seating on timber deck

Outdoors;
A big treed garden with games lawn area, shower and storage shed

Sleeping
Bedroom 1 upstairs with 1 Queen bed, ceiling fan and split system air-con
Bedroom 2 upstairs with 1 Bunk (2x single), ceiling fan and split system air-con
Bedroom 3 downstairs studio space with 1 Queen bed

Note - external stairs only between upstairs and downstairs
Parking
There is ample parking space for 2 cars on the grassy area at the front of the house, with one area always providing shade.

Linen
Bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillow slips and towels
Linen can be included upon request for a fee

Pets
Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request

Ventnor Bay Beach is one of the few dog friendly beaches on Philip Island

Age
After a less successful stay of a group of young people we have decided not to rent to under 25’s. With apologies to all the responsible young ones.

A $300 deposit to cover possible damages does apply to all rentals
A full refund if the property is left as it was found
