Dog-Friendly Waterfront House with 37ft Dock and Cabana Beach Club & Pool

Located right in the middle of all the action between Miami and Key West. This 2/2 half-duplex has been nicely renovated and furnished, with new stainless kitchen appliances and a gorgeous granite countertop.
Comfortable outside/inside living space perfect for a getaway in paradise. Walk out to the spacious porch and backyard, and you will be engulfed by the beauty of the sunset views and the awesome views of the water while lying on the cozy hammock provided. It features lots of outdoor entertaining: barbecue, fishing, kayaking, paddle board, bikes or just plain hanging out in the shade.
Big boat? No problem. A concrete seawall dockage is provided in the extra-wide canal that accommodates a vessel of up to 37 feet. Easy access to the open Ocean and Gulf in just 5 minutes through Vaca Cut.
Walk or bike the entire city to the various amenities provided; such as marina, golf, tennis, pickle ball, horse shoes, bocce ball, three playgrounds, restaurants, post office, city hall and Sunset Park. You will share the road with our many pedestrians, canal boaters, paddlers, swimmers and manatees, so please take the time to take it all in.
On our island not only you will enjoy a tropical paradise, you will be among a great group of people that have kept this little island city the “Gem of the Florida Keys”... So, what are you waiting for? The only thing you need is a toothbrush!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must agree to the Regulations for City of Key Colony Beach. Unit is restricted solely to the number of occupants as stated on your reservation
If there is evidence of smoking inside of the house the security deposit will be forfeited and extra charges for cleaning and deodorize will be made.
If you would like early check in or late check out you will need to ask at least 24 hours in advance so we can see if it is possible to accommodate.

If you're looking for a very nice place to stay in the keys this is it! The location is great and the access to the Cabana Beach club was a great bonus! The unit was better than described and the host was very responsive to questions. The best review I can give is that I would absolutely stay their again.

Family get away

This was our 6th visit to KCB in 3 years. Nice place, well maintained and very clean, very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our little get away. Beds were the most comfortable of any we've stay at so far. Owner very accessible and easy to communicate with. This property will be on our short list for a return visit.

Absolutely Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days and could not have found a nicer place! Mr. Caballero is a gracious host and was very communicative upon our arrival. The property has everything and is convenient to the Cabana Club, KC Inn and Havana Jack's. It is very well-kept, everything is described accurately and we are returning next year. Jorge's place was exactly as described! Clean and had everything we needed. Boat dock was easy. If you like an extra firm top mattress, you will be in heaven. It was too hard for me but that is just me.

Jorge is the all time best host. So attentive to any thing we needed to ensure our experience was the best. Welcome bottle of bubbly just added a wonderful toast to the beginning of what was a great experience. The location was fantastic for sightseeing the Florida keys for North to south. Cabana Club passes was a nice added touch for swimming and enjoyment as well Havana Jacks next door is a great place to eat. The property was so clean and welcoming. All ages escape to the Keys

This home was a convenient fit for our Christmas vacation. It was clean, equipped, and in a great location for our frequent day trips to different areas in the Keys. We had debated on getting a 3 bedroom home, but decided that one of our teens could sleep on the living room pull out. This worked fine for us, and the house was roomy enough to give everyone their own space. The hammock was a favorite spot: Perfect for relaxation and canal watching (we had a manatee and pelican visit on the first day). Jorge was a responsive and helpful host.

Perfect in every way!

Our stay was amazing! The place was super clean, the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed inside and outside. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials such as TP, paper towels, dish soap and shampoo if you didn’t bring your own. There were bikes and kayaks a stand up paddle board for outdoor activities. Beach chairs and a cooler we used at the beach along with beach towels. We didn’t need to buy anything or bring our own which saved packing space. And as they say location is everything and this was! Access to the Cabana Club was great. A beach, pool and bar all in one! You can walk everywhere, everyone was friendly and we were close to the beaches. And the best way to end the day is the community gathering at Sunset Park to watch the sunset together. It was a wonderful vacation and I definitely recommend Jorge’s place to stay. I look forward to going back!
