Well appointed modern 2 storey townhouse with cathedral ceiling, perfectly located in the heart of Blairgowrie. Short Walk to café district, front beach and yacht club. 3 bedrooms with double bed, and 2 single trundle beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Bathroom/Laundry with washing/drying facilities. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Lovely outdoor courtyard with table and bbq. family room with TV and DVD player. Heating and Air Conditioning.
BYO towels. Linen supplied. Parking for 2 cars.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with a small rear yard that was perfect for our young kids. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the beach and close to the Blairgowrie shops, which made everything super convenient.Margarita’s communication was excellent in the lead-up to our stay, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout. Highly recommended.

Great little townhouse in a perfect location.

We loved our week-long stay at The Beach Loop and highly recommend. It is in a perfect location - quiet and walking distance to the Yacht Squadron, front beach and shopping strip. The house is compact, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, and we especially appreciated the outdoor area to be able to enjoy having some meals outside. On a practical note, it was great having a proper washing line and double carport for drying the kids’ beach gear each night. Also highly recommend Panda cafe at the end of the street for a nice meal out.

Lovely compact house, 3 nice bedrooms, good bathroom and drying facilities. Close to nice cafes and restaurants, small but functional kitchen (if planning really serious cooking you might want to bring some of your own kitchen utensils, etc...). Very nice, helpful and efficient owner. Kindly found and sent back an iPod that one of our party had left there. We would happily stay and use again. Thank you!

Perfect setting for our pose

The cosy townhouse was the perfect setting for our girls weekend (4 of us). Well equipped kitchen, walking distance to the beach & a quick drive to the shops/eateries. The additional parking was only a 30second walk so it was no problem for us. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had a lovely time at the loop beach house! The house was perfectly located close to the shops and the beach. We also really enjoyed dinner at Panda. Excellent location in Blairgowrie

The location was amazing for both shops and the beach. The living space was a little tight but we knew this going in as it is a townhouse. We found the wardrobe space limiting as they were full of the owners things and most of our things had to stay in suitcases. The kitchen was missing some items we use a lot of like a colander, serving spoons and sharp chopping knives. In saying this, the overall experience was very positive and we had a wonderful family holiday. 😊

Perfect quick getaway

The property is perfectly located in Blairgowrie within walking distance to shops and safe light crossing to the beach. The house was able to fit our family of 5 well and with a little backyard. The owner communicated well and easy to work with.
