This location is unbeatable. Our townhome is less than a 15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, university events, downtown happenings, or just a weekend visit to the Classic City. We have all the amenities of home: A two car garage, smart TV with cable and other entertainment apps, free wifi, Keurig, complete kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (Extra pull-out sofa downstairs). The Brothers Bastone have gone out of their way to share their Athens experience with you, and you'll love the décor and atmosphere. Come share our space!

This lovely townhouse is well decorated with very comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen! The host is wonderful to answer all of your questions! Plus, it's short walk to downtown and UGA stadium.

Being able to use the garage was a huge win for us. Place was warm and inviting, my daughter had a concert at the classic center and needed to stay just one night. We got in around 10:30pm and uber foods in. Since there were several restaurants near the condo, food was delivered within 20 minutes and still nice and hot. Thank you Andy!

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, our townhome is convenient to downtown, the Athens Conference Center and the UGA campus. The townhouse is situated between some of Athens most recognizable streets (Broad, Lumpkin, Baxter, and Milledge). You simply won't find a better location with comparable amenities and a quiet atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

A perfectly convenient location for university events. Just close enough to walk, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Your car will be secure in the garage, and you'll remain extremely comfortable in our condo.
