This stylish new home offers the perfect holiday break for up to two families and sleeps a maximum of 6.

Swansea is located on a quiet no through road in an ideal location so close to various cafes, restaurants, shops and the beautiful and serene Capel Sound Foreshore.

From the moment you enter this beautiful new property you will be impressed by the fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining/living area which includes stainless steel gas oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, 50in LED TV, Blue Ray player, Bluetooth equipped stereo, Wii games console and Foxtel. Be ready to relax on the lounge, enjoy a great meal or open a bottle or two of the local Peninsula wines.

Outside you will also find a beautiful entertaining area complete with seating for 6 guests, along with full BBQ facilities.

Accommodation comprises of:
- Master bedroom with QB, stunning ensuite and spacious WIR
- 2nd Master bedroom with QB and BIR
- 3rd bedroom with double/single bunk and trundle bed
- Main bathroom with separate toilet (inc bath)
- Full laundry facilities with brand new appliances
- Split system AC, GDH and Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms

The local attractions offer a unique experience for all guests, and may include:
- A visit to the local wineries
- A boat ride in the bay
- A trip to the Hot Springs
- A local fishing adventure
- A walk or bike ride along Point Nepean
- A round of golf at the many nearby courses

Cam was really quick to respond when there was a hiccup with the check in process. The house was clean and comfortable. No linen or towels were provided, which the host made very clear before booking. Great value for the condition and location.

Thank you for making us feel at home in your home. Was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean, roomy easy access, outdoor eating too. If there's anythingcto improve, it would be handy if linen was provided. Definately coming back to Capel Sound!

Girls' weekend away!

This was the perfect place for us to have a weekend away from everything and just relax. Plenty of room, great furnishings and very clean. We were able to visit local wineries and distilleries, which were divine. Highly recommend, no complaints.

We instantly felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. The property was clean and styled beautifully. We had everything we needed there. Location was fantastic, so close to the the peninsula hot springs and shops.Perfect for our girls weekend away( Also great for families)

Property was cozy and generally very clean and comfortable. Although there was an ant problem in the ensuite shower when we arrived. Fridge could do with a clean. Beds were comfortable. I like that I could bring my own linen. It was annoying that I had to download apps just to watch free to air channels on the tv. Very good heating throughout the house for the winter months. Great location - especially for the early morning visit to the hot springs. Very happy with our stay. Thanks

Comfortable with elegance

From the minute we walked through the door, I knew I had made the right choice for our accommodation. There was nothing that was missing, it was like walking into your own kitchen. I will recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Mornington area, and hope it will be available the next time my son is competing at Boneo Park Equestrian Centre. Thank you so much Cam.

Cute & Comfy Getaway Home

Good size home with 2 bathrooms & plenty of space;Well equipped & decorated;Quiet, private location, but still central;Air-conditioner was not adequate to cool bedrooms (very hot, during warm weather, even with fans)Laundry door opened on its own, if not deadlocked;Very tricky driveway, curvy & lined with bushes that stuckout & scratched car; (especially if you have a mid or large size 4 wheel drive)Cleaning: bathrooms were adequately cleaned, however the rest of the house was very, very dusty, obvious that furniture & many surfaces had not been wiped over for sometime, oven was not cleaned and thick dust behind bedheads, on skirting boards, window sills & fans especially were covered in thick grey dust. Lots of webs, bugs & spiders everywhere inside & overall needing a through clean.Besides these few negatives we enjoyed our stay at Swansea and would happily return if the above mentioned concerns were addressed. Great spot and property

The house is in great condition and was impeccably cleaned. They supply far more than we would normally expect. The little things that you always forget to take - aluminium foil, gladwrap, full collection of utensils and kitchen stuff in general. It seems pretty obvious that it is their own holiday house as well, and they chose to share it with others. Having games (board and nintendo), movies, books; pretty much anything you would want for a relaxing family holiday. They also have instructions on anything you might need them for and also coasters on the tables and places that they would like you to use them. Makes it very easy to treat the property how they would like it looked after. The fact that the property seems to be almost exactly in the middle of all the places we wanted to go, meant everything was pretty close by. We couldn't recommed this place highly enough and will certainly be staying again if/ when we come back down the penninsula. Won't even look anywhere else. Thanks for a wonderful week away from home.

Lovely place

The owner was fantastic and was able to accomadate my dates. He communicated promptly. The place is lovely and has lots of room and things to do. Board games etc.. I loved that fact that it has two bathrooms which is hard to find in that area. The only little thing I can pick on , is that it requires a spring clean in regards to cob webs on the front door and exhaust fans are heavely covered in dust. Highly recommend.

Just take your clothes!

We couldn't believe how well equipped the house is. Cameron has thoughtfully provided a fully functional kitchen with crockery, utensils, prep knives, platters, bowls, pots and pans, glassware, microwave, oven, hob, airfryer etc. Let's not forget the BBQ. There is also a full laundry. For your relaxation and entertainment there are DVDs, CDs, novels, games, jigsaws, balls, Wii, absolutely more than you could use. A very quiet location within minutes of the beach, restaurants and shops. You won't be disappointed, we absolutely loved it.
