The place is right on Elkhorn Avenue so close to everything. However, being on the main drag comes with noise. Also, there is a new candy and soda pop shop directly underneath the rental. It can get noisy with all the kids. Also the parking across the street is difficult during the day due to how busy the town is with tourists. You can find parking there after 6pm and use the parking pass that comes with the rental.

Excellent communication leading up to and during our stay. It was very clean and well maintained. The basics provided were more than enough and having a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener provided was perfect as we needed it after some hiking. The location is perfect as it’s an easy walk to everything in town, parking is easy & it’s quiet at night and earlier in the morning (that’s not always the case in other parts of town). We’ve been to Estes Park 7 or 8 times but never stayed in the same place - we will definitely stay here again!

This apartment was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! We recently got married at the end of June and chose to roadtrip to different parts of Colorado for our honeymoon. This was our third VRBO stay of this trip and by far our favorite! The location is perfect and close to a lot of the major tourist attractions. It’s right by all of the major shopping stores the riverwalk. Cannot recommend enough!

We had a fantastic stay at the Art loft! The property was super clean, spacious, pet friendly, and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, and shops as well as the National Park It had all the amenities you would need, a home away from home! We enjoyed coffee on the river walk every morning. Communication with the owner was great, initially booked for 4 nights and later decided to extend our stay. His responses were quick and helpful. Would 100% stay again. Thank you Andy!
