Escape to Balloch Braes and enjoy all that Blairgowrie and Sorrento have to offer.
Located on a pretty street, half way between the front beach and back beach and a 5 minute drive to historic Sorrento, you can fill your days with a range of activities to suit your taste.
Balloch Braes is a fully renovated three bedroom house with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge, oven and electric hotplate
All major utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans etc are provided.
The big screen QUHD 4K television and DVD player allows you to catch up on a few of those movies you have been meaning to watch! An IPOD dock is provided.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and is located next to the family bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps four, with two sets of sturdy bunks with safety rails, and built in robes.
The kid's bedroom also has a television, DVD player and WII games console to provide a space for the kids to relax away from the grown-ups. There are some console games and board games provided however you may also wish to bring your own!
The family bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath. There is a separate toilet and a second toilet in the ensuite.
The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and bar fridge.
All bedrooms and living spaces are cooled by system air conditioning, providing a welcome relief on those warm, summer days.
Good quality doonas, pillows and doona covers are all provided. BYO sheets and towels.

There is ample room for off street parking in the driveway which includes room to store a boat and up to three cars.
The carport has a table tennis table in which the kids (or adults) can retreat to in the evening for a friendly game of table tennis.
The outdoor area is also fully fenced for peace of mind for those of you with young children.

Excellent communication and a perfect place for a family. The kids loved all the games, lego and DVDs and another feature was the aircon (reverse cycle) units in each room which is not that common in holiday rentals. We'll stocked kitchen. Would definitely consider again.

Thanks Craig and Kaylene for a wonderful holiday. Balloch is a beautiful property and the photographs don’t do it justice. Everything is well planned out and convenient. We had a fabulous 2 night stay and kids loved playing with the board games as well as table tennis and cricket. The garden and outdoor setting is beautiful and user friendly and the nearby gorgeous beaches are within walking distance. We would definitely like to come back for a longer holiday.

Beach Weekend

Everything was good - location, overall layout and amenities, etc. Nice to have the pingpong table as well. I've been in the vacation rental business in the past, and the only issues I want to mention is that the floors were not clean when we checked in, and I think it's fairly typical to have some kind of body wash product for guest use, and some oven mitts. The houses on either side are quite a bit closer than it appears when looking at the house from the road, so there is potential for noise, including the neighbors having a late-night Monopoly game that was distracting.

We stayed for 7 nights and absolutely loved it very clean, spacious and comfortable, home away from home it’s completely packed with full kitchen pots pans utensils cleaning products we where shocked. adult rooms are on opposite sides of the house so perfect if you have crying baby’s they will not disturb another couple we have a 3 year old and 6 month old and we didn’t want to leave very safe for kids completely closed in private front yard for the kids to play in full view of the lounge and kitchen air conditioning in every room literally 2 min drive to Blairgowrie shops and beach kaylene was fantastic to deal with very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and flexible checkout was great didn’t have to rush when we where leaving we will definitely be back

Great house and great location

This is my third stay at this property. Unlike many others I have stayed in it has absolutely everything you need. It is such a great house- layout, location and generous amenities provided. It’s quiet and a quick 10 minute walk to the shops and beach. The owners are delightful to deal with and very accommodating. I will be back.
