We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would say the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed!!Host was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Dennington stay

Austral House was a great place for our family of 12 to stay for 2 nights. Very comfortable, warm and fitted out with all amenities we wished for. Would definitely stay again

Annual friends get together

The place was perfect for several families having each their own rooms & bathroom. Walking distance to supermarket & hosts were very friendly & helpful.

Everyone loved the stay. Debbie & Ron were wonderful hosts

Property is spacious and have everything we need. Ron and Debbie were very responsive to my questions prior to the booking and during our stay. Everyone of us wished stayed longer.

The perfect holiday house!

Austral Place is truly the best holiday accommodation I've ever stayed in. Ron and Debbie are kind and attentive hosts. The house is spotlessly clean, it's huge and very generously appointed. The perfect holiday house for family groups. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Spacious, neat family friendly

Two families stayed and there was different zones for kids and parents. Bob was very welcoming. We felt very much at home. The house is lovely and we would definitely recommend it

A real surprise when we opened the door!

Absolutely fantastic setup for a group, by far one of the best places we’ve stayed in! Everything you need is available and the property was very clean. Already have this earmarked for a return 2 or 3 family trip later in the year. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommend this flexible, well stocked property with friendly, welcoming hosts.

This house is great, the space, the facilities. The kitchen is well stocked, their are extra towels, blankets, pillows, flexibility with sleeping arrangements, the house was clean, with a lovely welcome basket; the hosts have really thought of everything a large gathering of family or friends could c all for. Often you stay at a large property like this and their aren’t enough crockery, cutlery etc, not the case here, highly recommend.

Fantastic residence for multiple families!

Loved being there. We spent 5 days , 4 nights with 2 other families, 13 of us in total. With plenty of room for a 4th family. Had all the required ammenities, plus close to all the attractions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Debbie and Ron were awesome and lovely to deal with.

A Beautiful house

This is a beautiful house and Robert and Dianne spare no expense when it comes to comfort. Lovely linens and very soft towels.Perfectly suitable for a wheelchair user such as myself. I would thouroughly recommend this house for as many nights as you have available, I wish we had stayed longer.

This is an amazing place to stay, its bigger than you expect, beds are great and very clean. Bob and Di are truly wonderful to deal with from the very first email to all the thoughtful little bits that were left for us to enjoy. Our only pity was that we were not staying longer!! Fantastic Property!!!

We had a group of more than one family and the place was perfect! The location was perfect with easy access to everything Warrnambool has to offer. Great place for speedway Travellers to even though it's on the other side of town to the track it's a straight through trip and very easy to get there. From booking to our stay and everything else Bob and Di were the perfect hosts and I cannot rate them highly enough. We've already made another booking for our next trip!! A must stay location!! Absolutely Beautiful

We have spent three days from the 10th to the 13th of January. The place was very spacious and clean. It presented beautifully with many extras which is above our expectations. The owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. If the place was not to be booked the day after us we would have stayed longer. We have to say it was a very delightful stay.

Fantastic property for large family

Rob gave us a warm welcome and advised us that he was available if anything was required. The house was excellently presented and and immaculately clean. All the things that were mentioned in advertisement were included. Plenty of room for our family of 16 persons. We would strongly recommend this house.

Excellent and well presented

Well presented property.Everything was well organised.lots of beds for everyone with linens. 3 toilets and showers. Very neat and clean rooms and living areas. Bob was great and helped in everything we needed and with info about the places to visit. brochers and maps of places was available. well equiped kitchen with all necessary utensils. My kids loved it and we are thinking of staying there again. Thanks Bob
