Welcome to oceanfront bliss! Nestled against the sand, our Beachside condo welcomes you to pristine Carpinteria Beach, famously dubbed "World's Safest Beach"!

As one of the last great California Beach Towns, Carpinteria is truly a treasure to behold. Within walking distance you'll find a variety of Eateries, Bars/Brewery Pubs, Shops and Parks. With epic mountain views providing the backdrop, this piece of the California Coast offers unique charm.

Entertainment and adventure options in Santa Barbara County are almost endless. A short drive (or a quick ride on the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner) will take you to the "American Riviera". Go a little further and explore beautiful Santa Barbara Wine Country... Or just stay ''home" plopped down in the sand (we won't judge).

Crystal blue ocean views are the main feature of the comfortable Living Room area. This easy flowing open space includes a Dining Area and fully equipped Kitchen, which is well stocked for those who love to cook. A Breakfast Bar also seats two, for anyone wanting to keep an eye on the chef!

Sleeping arrangements are as follows; 2 Bedrooms w/Queen-Size Beds and a Queen-Size Sofa Bed in the Living Room that equals a sleeping total of 6. The Master Bedroom features an en-suite Bathroom with access to a deck. The Hallway Bathroom services the second Bedroom.

The common area below the condo offers a BBQ and picnic tables to enjoy. Two covered parking spaces are also provided. We can't wait to host you at our Beachside Getaway!

The ultimate vacation rental. You will need for nothing. Steps to the sand. The shed full of all you’ll need for the day at the beach. Even stocked with beach towels. Very clean. Nice outdoor bbque. Comfy beds.

Upside....downside

This apartment was really nice. The only downside was there was no cupboard available to put food. So all had to be put on counter. The upside was we could watch the kids playing on the sand until we were ready to go on down to the water.

Relaxing

We have stayed here many times over the years. It is so relaxing to sit on the couch and hear the waves and feel a cool breeze. We have also met some really nice families who have stayed here at the same times that we have. Highly recommend.

Incredible location and good property management

We are a family of five, two adults and three kids. Ages 2 to 12. The unit and the location were perfect for having young kids. It’s incredibly convenient to be right on the sand. The beach is beautiful. The unit itself was clean. However in the laundry basket we found a woman’s undergarment. We got a good laugh out of that. John was easy to work with. The check in instructions were very clear. Overall I highly recommend this location.

Beachside Getaway

Cannot have had a more beautiful week!. This unit was truly everything we were looking for and more. My family and I (with 2 young kids) had the most wonderful time. There is nothing like being right on the beach. The unit was spotless and was equipped with EVERYTHING. We unfortunately locked ourselves out one morning and the property management responded right away and came as quickly as possible to get us back in. We are definitely coming back as soon as possible, I couldn't think of a better destination and property to continue some wonderful family traditions.

Great vacation

May is a wonderful time of year to visit the beach. This unit fit our needs so well. We are four senior adults, so climbing the stairs several times a Day was a challenge, but the unit was lovely. Only minor problems that some better instructions would have helped. We had plenty of kitchen tools and a lovely kitchen to work in. The master bed was ok, but second room mattress left something to be desired. Bring your own pillows, these were not well provided. We loved our week!
